i was certainly nervous to try this product but I’m so glad that i did. it cleans everything out of you. all of the old waste that’s backed up inside of your body gets pushed out. I’d take it at night before bed and then around 10 the next morning my stomach would start to feel pain that i had to use the bathroom. it does cause your stomach to hurt when you have to go, but it’s not anything terrible or unbearable. and after your cleanse is up you feel so much better.

My husband took this and it definitely worked. I love the natural ingredients in this product. It flushed everything out of his system and he lost 4 pounds the first two days. And he was very happy with how he looked. If you’re feeling bloated or need to lose a quick few pounds, this definitely does the job.
I would say start with 1 a day, drink plenty of water, and exercise while taking it. He did the first 8 nights with two capsules and then switched to 1 a night. The first 2 mornings he woke up with cramps and nature was calling as soon as he woke up. Nature would call 3-5 times within his first couple of hours of being awake. He started drinking more water and exercising through the day and the cramps went away and he could go a couple of hours before needing to run to the bathroom. When he switched to 1 a day, he only needed to do 1 morning trip.
He works from home, and for the first 8 days, if he had a morning obligation, he did not take it the night before. But after his first 15 days he switched to 1 every other day and is very happy with it.

Brought these for my husband and I to try while we were feeling bloated. The pills definitely cleanse! But the stomach aches and constant need to go to the restroom aren’t worth it. After our cleanse finished we were both extremely constipated and are needing to take miralax every few days to get things going. The pills are awfully large so if you’re not great at taking pills I wouldn’t recommend.. I choked many times and it was awful lol

The 1st 2 times I took it, it made me go regularly. Then I took another, and nothing, then again last night, and nothing. So this product doesn’t work. I would never buy again.

I was feeling sluggish and bloated and this product had many stars and a good price.
I thought I was “moving slow” but I’m on day ten of this product and I’m fairly certain I was in fact a victim of demonic possession. The things this product has removed from my body could be categorized as nothing short of vile. I literally felt my soul get lighter each day.
But, you may ask, has it made me feel as though I am being eviscerated?
No. It is gentle and predictable. Each days dose takes about six hours to take effect, and it does not make me sweat or cry, as some other products indicated in their reviews.
Having said that, when your body says “it’s time,” GO TO THE BATHROOM. Because the demons are coming…
