I’ve been watching a lot more videos of late about the thyroid, autoimmunity and issues with enlarged nodules on the thyroid. One doctor I watched explained the importance of taking Selenium when you have these issues. She said it helps with the nodules and also helps prevent them from turning to cancer. I truest her so I believe there must be something to it. I have already had half mine removed and the other is enlarged. I don’t want another surgery and I sure don’t want it morphing into cancer. That’s why I decided to start staking this. I think this is an excellent reputable brand and I hope it will have good absorption for me. I don’t know how I will be able to tell exaclt if this goes down or if it prevents the cancer, but I sure would like help preventing it because I have had so many issues with this for over 20 years now. It’s a great idea to start putting this out there for the thyroid. It says the other ingredient in here is Inosistol for hormone balance. That is definitely an issue for me as well so I’m hoping this will be a game changer for me. I will update if there is change in it’s physical characteristics of in how I feel after taking the whole bottle.

I have been researching a lot of different ways to help improve thyroid function. Along with dietary changes there are supplements that are known to be good for thyroid function. This supplement has two of those in one capsule – selenium and myo inositol. I haven’t had labs drawn yet to see if its made a significant difference and it’s hard to pinpoint if the supplement is what is making the difference when changing multiple things at once, but I feel like this is helping me. I like that it is simple with just the two ingredients. It’s easy to take and I haven’t had any problems taking it.

I have an underactice thyroid which can resut in restless sleep. After reading about inositol I added this to Magnesium at bedtime and fall into a deep, restul sleep. Highly recommend!

Update: I just finished this bottle and had my thyroid bloodwork checked. My antibody levels have gone back to normal which means my Hashimoto’s, at the moment, seems to have reversed. I don’t know if it’s entirely due to this supplement, but I am so pleased. My T4 levels were normal again as well. My blood work looked better than it has in two years! I will continue to order this.
Original review: This is a very simple supplement containing only 2 main ingredients. If you know this is what you need support with, it’s nice to know there’s not a lot of other stuff thrown in. I have been taking for a week and am feeling my hypothyroidism symptoms calm. I’m am hoping that after a month of use, I will notice a bigger difference. I have a friend who was able to get her thyroid levels back to normal on supplements and was able to get off her medications. I am hoping this might help stabilize me as well.

I’ve struggled with either hyper or hypo thyroid all my life. I typically eat a couple Brazil nuts a day for selenium, but figured I’d try these out and so far I am happy. The pills are capsules and aren’t huge and at one a day it’s easy enough for me to take. I’ve been feeling a little more energized and body temperature regulated so think it may be working well. Will be getting blood drawn in a month and will report back if nothing has improved.
Been taking supplements from this brand for years and really love the quality.

I ordered this selenium supplement because I have read and heard that it’s good for thyroid issues. I have been trying to avoid needing prescribed medication, so I hope this will help toward that goal. I like that the serving size is only one capsule, which so far has been easy to swallow and tolerate without annoying side effects, and that there are 60 capsules in this bottle, making it a 2-month supply. I also appreciate the amber glass bottle, as it can help preserve the integrity of its contents. This product is also vegan and gluten-free–something you can’t take for granted if you have celiac disease, as I do. It seems fairly priced for a 2-month supply, so I have high hopes.
