2 in my family struggle with lactose intolerance and stomach issues in general. Lactase enzymes didn’t seem to be helping on their own anymore so a friend recommended these. After several months of use both family members report that it helps significantly to alleviate symptoms of stomach upset caused by dairy and other foods.

I was diagnosed with IBS and have been working with a dietician for the past 10 months. Onions & garlic are triggers for my symptoms among other categories of high FODMaPs. I asked about a digestive enzyme so I could eat out Mexican food again and she recommended these. They have definitely made a difference! I’m still trying to figure out how many to take with certain foods, but I highly recommend them. One note: they DO NOT help with fructose malabsorption, so I’m going to try Fructaid to aid with that digestive issue.

This is the first digestive enzyme I have taken, so I have no comparisons. But, this has done what I wanted. It has firmed up my bowel movements and helped with gas. I’m taking them in combination with Klaire Complete probiotics. My naturopath recommended these for better digestion. I just reordered them.
