Excellent product I was able to increase dose no side effects and felt alert, no stomach or sleep issues.
I started with 2 caps and was quickly able to dose higher no issues after 1 month +
Its packed with other suppliments witch I have taken for over 2 yrs now.
I find it works very well with True Niagen witch I take everyday for 2 yrs (I don’t endorse only share results).
There are many ways to increase your midacondria and recommend learning how to do so.
Also tolerated well with high dose Resveratrol I have used many brands. Again I have favorites but don’t endorse any.

Have Congenital and this has helped me with energy levels throughout the day. Others have mentioned sleeplessness or even complications when taking this, but I’m pretty sure it’s the same for any supplement.
WE DON’T ALL HAVE THE SAME DAMN BODY.
Start off taking one, then scale to four. This will help you guage how your body reacts to excess energy. For sleeplessness, I think it’s the same. 4 tabs will take me through the entire day if I take them in the morning, but I can feel the boost fading around 20:00 (which is normal) and I work until 00:00 so I take my 4 around 13:00. If you’re going to bed at 21:00 and pop 4 of them @15:00, then sleeplessness is your fault, not the products. If you pop 4 @09:00 and can’t fall asleep @23:00, that’s weird. It doesn’t sit in your body forever, it is literally being used up the second your body metabolizes it, so figure out what else is going on that could cause sleeplessness.

This supplement has been a game changer for me. I deal with many health issues and am very sensitive. This product really helped my fatigue. Don’t nap during the day anymore or feel like I need to. I had no side effects what so ever, though I take half dose, 1 cap in am 1 cap in the afternoon. I will say that I no longer order this product from Amazon since they do not have temperature controlled storage. My practitioner told me this is an issue with Amazon and certain supplements where it really matters.
My first bottle I ordered from Amazon, and there were a few dark spots in some of the capsules. I was going on vacation and it was very hot a lot of the time travelling by car, plane etc. As time went on more and more black spots appeared so I know it was heat related. All my subsequent bottles (that haven’t been from Amazon) arrived and there were no dark spots in the capsules and they never appeared as time went on.

It seemed to increase my energy when using it. I went off it for about 2-3 weeks and noticed a decline in my energy.

I believe this product is high quality and effective for energy and well being. I take it with Mitopure and have felt and increase in sustained energy but cannot credit one or the other.
The only problem is the powder inside the clear capsules started changing color to a brown color. It was within expiration date so I continued to take it and it gave me heartburn. I opened the capsule and the powder had turned dark and very sticky. I called Designs for Life and they said it was ok to take but it made me sick so I did not continue. they also told me i had to contact Amazon for a replacement, which I wanted. I called Amazon and was on hold for 30 minutes. the amazon rep would answer every 5 minutes telling me she was working on it. I honestly think she was just waiting for me to hang up, which I did. I suggest buying directly from the manufacturer. This is an expensive vitamin ($80) and it should work and be functional at least until expiration.

When they were delivered today, the bottle was broken, so now I have to figure out how to get my money back, and then order a new jar.

I took this after seeing the other reviews, got extremely nauseous, shaky and dizzy and felt absolutely awful. Amazon won’t return it and the company said well sorry. Awful company, complete rip off on price and now we’re out $80+!

If you know, you know. Started taking Mitochondrial NRG after doing a ton of research for the best B complex vitamin. Not only is this a solid B complex supplement, it also has ingredients like resveratrol, ALA, CoQ10, curcumin, etc., all great for mitochondrial dysfunction, and for multiple sclerosis. This for sure gave me more energy and possibly helped me recover more quickly from a recent MS attack. Highly suggest this supplement for anyone with an autoimmune disease or other debilitating illness.
