My nutritionist suggested I use this and I am so glad she did! As a lifelong vegetarian, who started a soy and whey protein diet, my body struggled to accept the changes and wanted to “hang onto the protein I was giving it”. After a couple weeks of my body not wanting to process the waste, I needed help. It’s part of my daily routine now. It tastes great too. My nutritionist recommended I get this. I took it every night as she directed. It tastes like a lemon alka seltzer but it doesn’t fiz. It does not dissolve all the way in a glass of water, so I would just add another little bit of water to the glass as I continued to stir. It’s a little grainy. I took it about 30 minutes before bed time, and it relaxed me so I fell asleep easily and slept well. It may have also helped with my IBSC.

I mix this into my morning smoothie and it’s an effective way to achieve better regularity. I wish it didn’t have that lemon flavoring, as even in a berry smoothie it overrides everything else (not in a great way). But it gets the job done.
