The product itself is wonderful. Works quickly to calm anxiety. However, I had to give 3 stars due to packaging. Neurocalm used to have a white pump lid. (Still shown on Amazon). The past 2 orders have had a black pump lid that leaks causing loss of product. I sent a message to Designs for Health but was told I would have to contact Amazon for a refund since that’s where I ordered it. I will try to do that. In the meantime, I hope Designs for Health goes back to the white lid. This product is way too expensive to be leaking!

As others have mentioned, the formula has changed and it now tastes disgusting. The liquid looks darker and the packaging is also different. I will not be buying this again because of the over the top sweet syrup taste. I really liked this product so it is a shame that they changed the product.

This product is great, BUT the screw top keeps backing off. This causes product to leak out if the bottle is on its side. I lost all my product because of this. Others report same. Designs for Health: you need to fix this!!

This stuff has helped me SO much! I was having a hard time sleeping after being on a steroid, and I’m also going through a stressful part of life right now. I would wake in the middle of the night with a racing mind, or just have difficulty relaxing enough to fall asleep. This stuff has completely gotten rid of the racing thoughts! If I wake up in the middle of the night with them, I just take 2 squirts and this helps. It has a neutral taste, but tastes a little acidy.
The first few times I used it, I got acid reflux from it and felt this weird warmness over my brain like my brain was swimming lol…It was an odd feeling, but figured it was my body adjusting to it.
After about 3 nights, no more reflux and I didn’t feel the sensation anymore. This has improved my sleep so much!

Got this product for my younger Autistic daughter with major sleep problems. She had failed on prescription sleep meds & Melatonin & this product came highly recommended. However, as soon as I took the wrap off this product the cap immediately did not want to stay closed. They need to reformulate the packaging ASAP on this!!! No matter what to do to it or how you store it, it leaks. The cap never stays shut right. I’ve only had this for a few weeks now & I’ve seen more reviews like this on the bottle itself. It’s not like it’s an old bottle.
Now for the product itself…maybe it’s not for kids with developmental disorders that are severe?!? I’m obviously not a doctor so don’t take what I’m saying to heart but it did absolutely nothing for her. Didn’t put her to sleep, didn’t help her stay asleep. Maybe 1 night a week it might help but that’s about it. Because this is an expensive product imo, I’m going to cont to try & use it up on her & see if I see any other changes. But with that being said I can’t justify re-purchasing this for both reasons stated. (Defective cap & product to working well yet on her)

It’s a bit expensive, especially if you use nightly like I do, but it definitely helps. Tastes great, and starts working quickly.
I take 4 pumps at night to help me calm tf down. If I get triggered/stressed during the day I take between 1-3 pumps. Works well without making me drowsy or physically tired.
The only downside really is the price. And in my experience, it doesn’t put me to sleep at night, it just helps in combination with my other meds. But I have a high tolerance.
Also, this is a low grade anxiety tincture. Meaning that If you’re also on like Xanax or prescription GABA meds you may not feel the effects of this as much.
