This is an AWESOME product. I take 2 capsules 45 minutes before my OTF classes, it gives me great stamina and helps shed fat. I only take it when I do work out which is only 3x’s a week, and I have had great success.

My friend wanted off adderall due to the nature of the “up” followed by the inevitable crash. After some research, it seems high doses of tyrosine can replace the dopamine push gained from adderall. Overall, this supplement has done a fantastic job and evened out her productive day. The adderall is gone. We also added a ginger and red ginseng supplement to aid focus. Great combo.
