I started taking this supplement for bone health. But I have I have also noticed a significant increase in the health of my hair and nails. Nails used to be super thin and peeling. This supplement has definitely helped with nail and hair health.

I have had trouble with bone health for years. I have taken medication that would help for a very short time, but caused awful stomach side effects. As soon as I was off of it, my bones would deteriorate again. I lift weights for an hour three times a week, and take two other aerobic classes. I have been doing this for the last 15 years. I have take high quality calcium, but I still would loose bone density. Last year my bone scan was -3.1. I was told to switch to this product. I did not take any drugs for the last year. The only change was to this product. We were hoping to just stop the loss in a years time, but my scan came out -2.9 one year later. This is the best result I have had of anything I have used. I at least now have a long term plan!

This was recommended by my holistic MD. I take 1 in the am, 2 at lunch 1 w dinner. So far I find it easy to digest w no side efforts. I’ve been using this product for several years. I like it. I switched from buying when I need it to a subscription and since then, the shipper is not shipping the glass container in a box but in a bag. Last shipment, the bottle was so smashed, glass was everywhere and I had to throw the pills out. I did get a refund. They didn’t ship a replacement, just the refund. (I would have preferred the replacement). This time, the bottle was still intact however the cap was destroyed. I don’t understand why they changed from a cardboard box to the shipping bag.
