I’ve ordered this product 3 or 4 times and thought it was awesome. This last time not so much. It came last night and the pics show what it looked like when I opened. It was very low the seal was not intact at all, and I don’t know what this crumbley stuff is , but it does not look like the powder it’s supposed to be. I really want a refund as this it too expensive to just be going in the trash. I learned o. My Amazon account that this product is unable to be returned….idk, go figure,, Like I have $50 to waste. I would really like my $ back if possible….but just know a great customer was lost today as I will never order this again..this just sucks.

I learned of this product from a Jaclyn Hill video. I struggle with staying hydrated so this seemed like a great addition to my daily routine. It taste fine, little gritty but it’s fine. Overall I do feel more hydrated. My concern though is the specks in the product.. I wasn’t for sure if they are suppose to be there (included in photo and video)

I’m a semi-pro athlete. Managing electrolyte balance is mission-critical for me. I’ve used Nuun, Precision, Voost, and many many others. By far, the DFH is the best for me. The reason why is because:
– it contains 4 of the 5 core electrolytes (missing calcium)
– tastes good
– no sugar
– also has vitamin C
– also has helpful things like taurine and D-Ribose which is rare
Deltas for me
– uses Stevia which upsets my stomach but after 3 months, it hasn’t done so
– magnesium isn’t glycinate; it’s malate and ascorbate; I prefer glycinate for pain management
– it’s a powder…I hate powders as they are super-messy; I prefer a tablet
– no calcium
– super-expensive
The deltas aren’t enough for me to not use the product. If you’re looking for a “next level” electrolyte, this IMO is one to consider.

I use this for my muscle cramps/spasms i get in legs and toes…..Looks like i will be taking everyday from here on out.,it also helps with my energy on hot days which tends to wipe me out…I like that its sweetened with stevia and its pretty clean unlike others and it has alot of really good other stuff in it…Taste is great to….I have searched other brands and this one looks the best to me….Just a heads up DO NOT get any moisture in powder or it will go bad…..I had to throw away 1/2 a container because of moisture and it hardened and was all orange and it tasted terrible.
Edited to add that all my other orders had no tax NOW i am being charged 4$ more for tax…Not happy its already expensive as it is……Need to keep looking for another brand i guess.

I drink this in the morning. When you don’t drink enough water it’s great to help hydrate you. I also have take it at like 2:00 am when I have had a little too much alcohol and this helps to rehydrate and I feel great the next day! If the product tastes salty it means you “are” dehydrated.
