I was taking a regular multi vitamin, but when I showed it to my doctor (A Herbalist), he pointed out to me that the fillers in the other brands were actually more numerous than the ingredients which were also in lesser quantities than this one. This vitamin is purer and well worth the money you spend on it. I personally can tell the difference.

From the first day I took these, I felt a difference right away. I started taking 4 capsules a day. You are supposed to take 6 a day. I feel good taking the 4 capsules, but may work my way up to 6. I will continue to buy these. I have a difficult time finding multivitamins that actually seem like they are working for me. I really like this brand. I was using the mineral complex prior to buying these.

I’ve ordered these several times and noticed in my recent order the pills changed colors and developed dark spots. I reached out to the company and was told this was due to the vitamin b absorbing moisture and they were safe to consume. I am getting rid of them as I don’t think this is safe to consume and why would they absorb moisture? No other info from the company or resolution. Very disappointed.
