This seems to be a high quality product. I like that the manufacturer includes a long handled measuring spoon as it was easy to find the spoon (aka not buried at the bottom of the powder). This does not have any flavor or scent. I cannot speak to the efficacy or sourcing of these ingredients, but I trust this and will consider it again when it runs out.

A 3 month supply of micronized creatine for around $30 is a pretty good deal. The creatine itself is flour like powder and really likes to settle in the water which makes me very confident that its real creatine. Not that many companies are faking creatine now since its so cheap to produce. Using my test methodology of one 5g serving per 8oz of water I can compare creatine across different brands without much variation. This had an average level of that “creatine taste” nothing too bad or good. Of course if you put this in milk or any other liquid that has flavor the “creatine taste” will be completely undetectable. The company behind this creatine is also well established and there some good markers of quality behind this specific product which makes me very confident in it!

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most well documented supplements for building muscular strength over time. I’ve been using it for years, so I look for a combination of high quality and low price. This product is micronized for easy absorption and contains only the main ingredient. It’s produced in a GMP facility, which makes me more confident in its quality. It comes safety sealed and had about two years until its expiration. After several weeks of using this, I feel as strong as I normally do when using creatine so I believe that it is working well for me. If you’re getting into workout supplementation, creatine monohydrate may be a good one to start with and this is a great brand to try.

Not too much to say about this, as it’s simply creatine monohydrate powder. It is flavorless and can be mixed with anything you would like. The big thing about creatine is figuring out which brand gives you the best price per serving, as a monohydrate powder is going to be exactly the same no matter which brand you use.

I’ve used Designs for Health products for many years. They were first recommended by my doctor. They are a trusted manufacturer that has been around since 1989.

Their supplements are made in the USA in a GMP Certified facility.

I wanted to try their Creatine because it has no added excipients. It does not have a lot of flavor and blends well.

I remember the first day I decided to try creatine monohydrate. It was one of those impulsive decisions you make after reading one too many fitness blogs. I wasn’t expecting much—just hoping for a little extra energy to push through my workouts. But what I got was something far more surprising. The first week was like waiting for a plant to grow. I mixed the powder with water, downed it, and headed to the gym, expecting to feel like the Hulk. But instead, it was just me, lifting the same weights, sweating the same sweat. If anything, I felt a little bloated, like my muscles were soaking up water like sponges. But I kept going—something told me to trust the process. And then it happened. It wasn’t an explosion of power, but more like a steady, unstoppable build. Suddenly, the weights that felt impossible a week ago started to feel, well, lighter. I remember gripping the barbell during a deadlift, bracing for the usual struggle, and then—nothing. The weight came up like it had been waiting all this time for me to catch up. I stood there in shock, staring at the bar, wondering if someone had swapped it out for a lighter one when I wasn’t looking. But no, it was all me—or rather, me and the creatine. What really struck me, though, was how this little scoop of powder started to change more than just my strength. It was like a tiny switch flipped in my brain. I began pushing myself harder, testing my limits, going for that extra rep, and each time I did, my muscles answered back with more power. The more I trusted in it, the more it gave back. And with that came confidence—confidence that I could handle the weight, the workout, the challenge. One of my favorite moments was during a routine I had done a hundred times. I was halfway through, usually the point where I’d start to slow down, but this time I felt a surge, like I had just started. I kept going, powering through the last set like I was fresh out of the gate. I walked out of the gym that day feeling like I had unlocked a new level—stronger, more capable, and surprisingly energized. Now, creatine isn’t magic. It didn’t turn me into a superhero overnight. But it did something equally amazing—it made me realize that I had more strength in me than I ever thought possible. It was like a quiet partner, there in the background, giving me that extra push, that little boost, just when I needed it most.

I am a Creatine user, so nothing new here. I weight train, bike, swim, Pilates, so I appreciate the reduced recovery time and increased intensity that Creatine supplement provides. You know what I don’t like? Creatine supplements with other “stuff.”

I have recently been using Creatine that claims to taste better. It has sugar (synthetic or natural, depending on the supplement), it has flavor. You know what it doesn’t do? Taste better; it actually tastes worse. Some of it is downright offensive. I also have Creatine Gummies and Tincture. I use these for convenience; sometimes I travel and taking a container of powder isn’t that convenient. Again; there is NOTHING improved in gummies or liquid other than convenience.

I don’t find Creatine to taste bad. Chalky texture maybe? For my everyday use, I am happy with unflavored Creatine supplement. Also a supplement that isn’t packing stuff in there I don’t want (or need). I don’t even want flavor. Just Creatine…
