I’m on my second bottle taking 2 pills for a total of 300 mg. I don’t know what, or if any effect it is having on me. It might be too soon to tell anything but with that said, I’m not experiencing any negative side effects with this supplement so I’ll continue to take.

So, I have been trying to do some research on how to curb Hot Flashes. I am just starting menopause and I’m not joking, I was having like 20 Hot Flashes a day and in the night. They were waking me up out of a dead sleep. There are many things out there and I know things work different for different people. Many articles suggest Vitamin E so I read up on that. This product is highly recommended for many things but nobody did a review saying it helped or didn’t help with Hot Flashes so I thought I would try it out. I received the product on 8/12/22 and started taking it the next day. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. The last couple days I have realized I have had maybe 1 Hot Flash and none at night. Now, I know this seems fast and I myself feel it has worked fast so I am going to keep monitoring my situation and if I need to I will do an update. I can’t really say it has worked for anything else because it has only been 2 weeks but I am curious to find out. I also know that what has helped me may not help others. 🙂 AND, I do agree with everyone that it could be much more affordable.

This is very effective for the flashing in my eyes but sadly it’s way too expensive! I’ll have to stop using or not use everyday!

You really have to search the benefits of Tocotrienols to understand how they work and the benefit. After trying other brands in the same price range I find myself getting a better response from this manufacturer than others. Because of FDA regulations I’m not going to go into depth but I definitely see a difference and feel the benefits that Tocotrienols claim
