I’ve been using this Annatto-GG 300 supplement for a few weeks now and wanted to share my experience. Each softgel contains 300 mg of geranylgeraniol (GG), derived from annatto seeds. Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
This bottle comes about half full, which normally is one of my pet peeves with supplement companies, but they use an amber glass bottle. Nice. Not only is that best for the supplement, but I reuse them so there is no plastic going to waste; I’m not only fine with it, I appreciate it!
If used as directed it will last two months.
The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Mar 2026, so a little less than two years from now.
I can’t quite place the scent; it’s quote strong but not offensive. The softgels are easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the USA and GMP registered.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle, as is the manufacturer! Some companies, I search and can never locate the manufacturer. I like the transparency. The product page says they have been operating since 1989. Their designsforhealth site is functional and informative, including interviews on research, spotlights on wellness tests, and much more.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, and I am new to this particular supplement, but I am impressed with all the things it is supposed to help with! Especially since I need help with many of them. I like the quality ingredient, and that they don’t use the fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to. The price seems steep, but it’s for two months’ worth, and a quality supplement from an established company is worth at least part of that. And if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!

I received my order but all the softens are glued together. If I try to separate the oil squirts out on me. The product is pricy & holds no value because it can’t be used. I’m very disappointed!!!
