My doctor swears by this brand but the price gouging is ridiculous. I get it’s lab quality and all but come on guys. At 2 scoops/ serving a $55 order barely lasts a month. Lots of options out there at more reasonable prices.

This may not apply to every, but if you feel heart arrhythmia please stop using this or similar products immediately. They have high ratio of some amino acids that can cause heart issues in some people. Let me know if you need more info

I love this brand- their products are doctor quality and they offer fantastic customer service! I trust this amino acid powder to contain exactly what it says and nothing extra, watered down or toxic! I think the supplement works great, but the flavor is SO INTENSE it overpowers everything if I mix it in a smoothie and in water I have to gear myself up to chug it. I don’t eat sweets very often, so I’m pretty sensitive. It reminds me of those orange vanilla ice cream cups from my childhood! Dissolves nicely in my water bottle with some shaking! Other than the flavor, I recommend it!

As per my Celiac Disease physician, who also has the disease herself, I was recommended to have a Genova NY 40 Amino Acid test done. It showed several severe deficiencies in my amino acid profile and as I have no villae due to Celiac Disease, as I understand it I am unable to make those amino acids that I should be producing and am deficient in many that are plant and animal based from food ingestion as well. Due to complexities that I don’t fully understand regarding the biochemistry pertaining to amino acids I can only say that after taking notes from my Genova testing from the company’s physician talking w my physician and working closely w a diet nutritionist who is familiar with nutrition/toxicity removal, I went on now a two month course of the above supplement. I have had no side effects and began to feel better with the changes in the diet to assist the amino acid production that creates pathways for the building blocks needed to create neurotransmitters to function properly as well as aid in allowing food intake to be absorbed for use more effectively. Many Designs for Health products are the only supplements prescribed by my Celiac plhysician as they are considered the purest, made with strict guidelines, are gluten free and have had the best results.
