One complaint…the plunger. The handle is on the shorter side so be prepared to touch the inner bowels of the elimination chamber (aka toilet bowl). Well not that bad….but the handle is short. The cup part of the plunger is tough to work with….unless you work out. Might be easier to jab your clogged toilet with a cement block. Okay…not that drastic (but then again, I don’t know what you ate) but the cup is stiff and may take some getting use to. You can also try subconsciously muttering “I can do this” while pondering if working out is an option or perhaps the cup part will soften over time and will be easier to use.

I bought 2 of these. One for each bathroom. The black color fits in with my black accents. Funny thing, I actually had to use this the day I got it. It worked so much better than the red one I have. Also, I love the base it has. With the rubber piece pulled all the way out, it still fits in the base. Also, it is convenient with the scrub brush that comes with it. It isn’t a flimsy one you buy at other stores. It is really sturdy.

I was so excited to receive this product when it came in due to the reviews I read online and how the product appeared to be online. However I must say for the price I was a little disappointed to be honest. I was expecting a real nice quality product and to me it’s just ok in person nothing super high quality or special about it, which is kinda disappointing. It’s not horrible but also it is not what I hoped it would be. The plastic handles seem kind of flimsy and made from a cheaper material. It came fully assembled just have to remove plastic wrapper. I like the black color but that’s about it. Even the plastic holder is a cheaper thin plastic, my Mr. Clean set which was half the price is much higher quality however I had it for 3 years and wanted a new set. Overall I’d say get this if you need it, but don’t get your hopes up like I did.
