I recently received the Dermalogica Cleanse + Brighten kit, which includes a variety of products designed to purify, refine, hydrate, and protect the skin. While these are trial-size items, making the kit feel a bit expensive for the quantity, I do like the clean and refreshed feeling my skin has after using them. The set includes the Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel, a soap-free, foaming gel cleanser that effectively purifies and rebalances my skin without leaving it feeling tight or dry. I also received the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, an exfoliating powder which did not feel too harsh on my older skin. The kit also features two serums: the Dermalogica Biolumin-C Serum and the Biolumin-C Eye Serum. Both are infused with Vitamin C, which helps firm the skin. The eye serum feels especially soothing and refreshing, making it a lovely addition to my morning routine. I experienced no irritation with my older skin, which is a significant plus. Despite the higher price point for the trial sizes, I find that the products work effectively, leaving my skin looking brighter and feeling hydrated. This kit is a great way to try out different Dermalogica products if you’re curious about the brand, and I can see the potential for long-term benefits if I were to invest in the full sizes.

The material quality is very good. My wife has very sensitive skin. She bought similar products before, but they irritated her skin and caused redness, swelling and itching, but this one does not. Good product

This comes as a set, in a nice box. The products leave my skin feeling nice and clean and not oily, this is best reviewed over a longer time frame so once i am done using the product i will return and update review. So far no reaction to any ingredients in the product

This is the perfect travel set. It comes with vitamin c under eye serum, vitamin c face serum, cleansing gel, and an exfoliant.
The vitamin c serum is brightening and moisturizing. Cleansing gel to get off all your makeup and dirt from the day. And exfoliant to keep your face smoother and bright.

The Dermalogica Cleanse + Brighten – Skin Care Set came with 4 travel sized products: special cleansing gel, daily microfoliant, biolumin-c serum and biolumin-c eye serum. Not only is this great for traveling, but also to try out their products without having to purchase the full size ones. I have been using Korean skincare products and these products have comparable results. I did not have any reaction with my sensitive skin.

This is a good sample set to test out Dermatologica’s products or to give as a skincare hift. The cleanser is very nice and mild. The eye serum and biolumin serum contain vitamin c, which is a tried and tested, safe brightening ingredient. The set, priced at $79.99, is not an amazing value, but it’s an effective way to trial the products without committing to a full size.
Though the products are effective and mild, they are not formulated with all natural ingredients. The product isn’t advertised as such, but if you prefer a natural product, this is not it. The list of ingredients is very long and contains a variety of additives, including manufactured alcohols and preservatives (sodium benzoate, etc.)

I love Dermalogica and have tried the cleanser, exfoliant, and serum before, but this is my first time trying the eye serum. I love every single product. My skin looks brighter, more even, and I think just healthier. No irritation or reactions at all, everything seems very gentle. Their product tend toward pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for with this brand, and I’m so happy with this set. Five stars.

This is a great “first-half-of-your-skin-care-routine” travel gift set. It comes with the gentle cleansing gel and exfoliants to cleanse and remove dead skin cells before you move onto rehydrating it with the serums. There’s the vitamin C serum for your face, and for your under eye, which is important to use separately. Big tip: you can also use the under eye serum on the gentle creases near your lips and next to your nostrils for additional hydration. While this is not a full skin care set, this is a very solid “first half” set. You’ll still need to add a moisturizer and sunscreen for a rounded out set and possibly throw a toner (not 100% necessary) in there as well after the exfoliant. This definitely left my skin feeling squeaky, clean and more evened out before moving onto the next steps. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to try Dermalogica products, but who are hesitant to purchase full-size products before seeing how their skin reacts. I have sensitive skin and I can’t say I had any issues with it so far, but I will update if I do. I will say I don’t love how small these are as there’s not a ton of product in them but it should last you a few months of regular use. If you plan on using them only for travel, they should last you a while and they’re very packable. Would definitely recommend if you fit into any of those travel or sample-size niches. If you know you already like the products, I wouldn’t recommend them necessarily for daily use unless you keep them in your purse or something. For what they are, I still really like this set!
