This helps with burned skin recovery by keeping the skin moist while it’s healing. It also somewhat helps with itching as the wound starts scabbing and forming new tissue. Not too sure if adding alcohol in the formula was the right choice though as it does sting on open wounds.

This a good, all-natural, antiseptic cream for wounds and burns. It contains many plant-based ingredients that are known for their healing power and soothing, calming properties. It is a thick cream that is easy to spread and stays put where you left it. I just used it on an abrasion wound and it seems to work great. It calms the pain and promotes faster healing. I haven’t gotten a burn to use it on (fortunately), so I can’t really speak for that usage yet.
This comes in a squeeze tube with a flip-top cap for easy dispensing. It is vegan and all-natural. It has little to no smell to it. Mine has a best before date of nearly 3 years from now, so it is great to have one on hand ready to go when the need arises. Made in Canada. Overall, I’m pleased with this cream. It works well and helps with wounds. It should be good for burns too given the proven ingredients and the soothing, thick consistency. I would recommend having one in your medical cabinet. Good antiseptic cream.

The first time I used the cream, I immediately applied a thick layer of the Dermalere cream on the burn area and was amazed at how quickly the redness disappeared and the skin healed. I keep this cream in the kitchen where I need it the most. Sometimes I burn myself while cooking, and I like to have it handy just in case. I like that the cream is all-natural and only plant-based. It has a very slight aroma that comes from the herbs. Hope this helps.

I had some really bad razor burns on my legs, they were red, raw, and itching. I applied aloe but my legs were stinging so badly. I ended up trying to apply this cream hoping that it would help with the inflammation and irritation and calm down the redness and stinging. My legs continued to sting badly and felt so raw. I had to wash my legs off and ended up using a pain relief cream from a popular brand which immediately calmed the pain. I was disappointed that this cream didn’t provide cooling or instant calming relief. It’s very expensive too, I’m not sure what I will use it for now but it does have ingredients that I think could help lighten scars or cuts.

I got a sunburn and used this cream on it. It goes on fairly heavy but not sticky. It has a strange but not unpleasant scent. It did not immediately help but it did help after 30min or so. Unfortunately, the relief only lasted a couple of hours. I guess it was good while it lasted? Reapplying every 2h isnt really realistic.

I’m a lazy person and my scar is quite old (about 3 years ago) so I honestly don’t have too much expectation for this product.
I’ve been using this for feel weeks (2-3 weeks) and I’m feeling good so far. The gel will moisture the area. It wont relieve your level of pain by any chance, but I do feel itchy on those area so I assume it’s functioning.
I’ll come back and update this review is anything gets better or worse.

My arm hurts from sun burn and starts peeling. I decided to try this cream. It works!! After using it for two days the peeling disappeared (3 times a day) . I don’t have any special feeling when applying it.

Long/short I managed to spill HOT HOT HOT water on my hand. I knew immediately that it would not be good and I got my hand in ice almost immediately (I was, after all, in the kitchen).
I remembered I had an unopened package of the Dermalere Advanced Burn and Scar Cream in the first aid kit and asked my wife to grab it while I kept my hand in ice. It seems to be pretty much just first and second-degree burns on my fingers and a bit of my thumb and a small spot on my palm, but nothing beyond second-degree.
I remembered the last time I got a hand burn I looked up the use of gloves as part of the process as the location of the burns would have made it very difficult to get bandages on them and the use of a glove would allow me to keep typing, something that would be hampered if I went all-in with bandages.
I used this cream and it went on smoothly and without issue, immediately providing a cooling to the area. The squeeze tube was very easy to use with my non-dominant hand to place the cream where necessary. I used a glove (actually two gloves since some cream got on the outside of the first glove) to cover the spots on my fingers and hand that were burned.
I kept my hand on ice for about 5 hours after the accident; the cream stayed on throughout and was still wet 5 hours later when I removed the glove. I washed my hand, noticed a bit of an herb scent to the cream, but it was not strong and did not smell when the glove was one.
I am amazed at how well my hand recovered. After the first ice and glove with cream treatment, I moved to the glove/cream treatment alone for the next 24 hours (swapping three times) and found that the burns were MUCH less severe than I anticipated. One spot, on the side of my hand, where I did not put the cream as I didn’t notice it had burned, ended up with a blister but the remainder of the burned skin was just red and sensitive, but in much better shape than the spot that I missed.
I am very impressed with the effectiveness of this vegan and natural Dermalere burn cream. I very much like that it is vegan, not accidentally so but intentionally so. I’m happy to highly recommend this Dermalere burn cream.
