While I think this is a quality item, if you have problems swallowing pills you might want to pass on this. It’s not a huge pill but it IS a fat pill and it’s about a 50/50 proposition that I can swallow it without problems. Usually I have to help it slide down with yogurt or just leave it stuck in my throat for a while before it actually goes down. I won’t get these again. If’ they’d make these pills half the size and twice as many I’d be a devoted customer.

Firstly, I was looking for price since my previous supplement tripled in price. The label says the amount of vitamin is for two capsules but one is already more than my old brand contained so I only take one daily. They’re small, smooth and easy to swallow. Better price, easy to swallow; what more could I ask?
