I read the reviews many said 4 days but it took me about 2 weeks. I was shocked the product works you just have to stay persistent with taking it and maybe take 2 in the beginning to build up in your body. But for the price and value compared to what others are charging this was a win for me!!

Trying this for my ibs I’m really hopeful after a friend recommendation to try this so far I’m on week 1 and I’m noticing small changes not to get too personal lol. My stomach seems to hurt less so that’s a plus…. there’s 300 capsules In this bottle so quite a bit there they are easy to swallow so a real good value in my opinion will be updating in a week or two on its effectiveness
