I’m pregnant with our 4th kiddo and our others have survived early infancy on gas drops and gripe water. We have purchased several different brands in the past, but I really like this very formulation of clean, organic ingredients. The major plus is the dosage of this, one drop vs a syringe full, so baby is less likely to choke on it. The bottle is easy to dispense and came with a long expiration date. Baby is not quite here to try yet, but I am excited to have this on hand in those early, fussy, gassy months!

I’ve used the Ddrops brand in the past with my first baby when we were exclusively breastfeeding and they needed the extra vitamin D. Definitely a trusted brand, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they’re branching out and making non-D supplements as well such as this gripe water. The gripe water I’ve used previously just contained fennel but this formula not only has that, but also contains ginger and chamomile which seems to be a better mix. And, it’s organic! Which means dye-free, preservative-free, and no added junk…
It is advertised as allergy friendly but if it’s known that your baby has a coconut allergy, you will want to avoid this as it does have fractionated coconut oil.
Also, I did notice the bottle arrived half full, so I’m not sure yet if it truly has 120 drops inside. I’ve seen similar complaints about this with their Vitamin D drops too, but there must be a reason for the extra space inside the bottle?
I will say my bottle dispenses nicely – one drop at a time. No worries about over dosing.
Expiration date on my bottle is September 2025, so plenty of time to use.
The taste is mild, like a faint licorice candy (hence the fennel) with a little bit of ginger.
Overall I’m happy with the ingredients and type of dispenser. My new baby will be arriving soon so will be sure to update my review if I have anything additional to report.

Only one drop was way too strong also I don’t think all ingredients are actually listed because it’s smells very strongly of star anise. Can’t use and no returns allowed so what a waste of money.

Provided almost instant relief. The strong licorice smell was a little surprising and the drops come out so slowly it’s painful but it doesn’t take long for the product to work.

I like that you only need to use 1 drop of this gripe water. It makes it easy to administer to my 3 month old and she seems to like the taste as well. It helps with her fussiness.

This doesn’t really work for our baby but I know it works super well for some so I recommend it if you have a fussy little one. The bottle is like an essential oil bottle so it’s honestly really difficult to get your baby to take, it definitely has a unique smell, but other than that there’s a lot in the bottle for how much you pay.
