They WORK! They smell and taste horrible lol. But man do they work. It says to take 3 capsules a day with food. I’ve just been taking 2 capsules a day (without food) and it doesn’t bother me. But the main thing is that my hair and nails are both growing. Slowly but surely. The skin on my face is so smooth! And that’s just my first bottle. Getting ready to start my second bottle. This was doctor recommended to me. I have since recommended it to a friend. They have a funky smell and taste, but so did the first bottle that I got from the doctor. As long as they work, I can put up with the odor. I will order this product again and again.

Product is rancid. I have been taking this supplement for a long time; I know it should not smell like this. This supplement is normally great and works really well, but I am extremely disappointed that I paid over $50 and am unable to return this bottle. Hopefully the seller will resolve this issue.

Despite what another reviewer said, this product does work, but I suppose it really depends upon what deficiencies are present that are creating the problem. Be patient, it may take awhile to see the effects. I saw positive effects on both my hair and nails, but not until I was almost finished taking the entire bottle (90 capsules). Other times it hasn’t taken as long. Great product!

I lost a huge amount of hair after being sick with the ‘Rona three years ago. It grew back, but then thinned out again. I started taking this supplement which says it “supports health hair growth” two months ago, and I have yet to see improvement. I will give it another month, and then update. In the meantime, I just want to note that these pills smell and taste AWFUL!
