The Dashu skin toner has been working great! I always think that I do a good job of washing my face, but after using a cotton pad with the toner it tells me otherwise. It leaves my face feeling hydrated, but I do still use moisturizer after using it because I need to seal in the serums that I apply on at night for my nightly skin care routine.
The toner itself is suitable for both men and women since it’s just a skin care product, but it makes sense that they would advertise it as a men’s toner to hopefully gain more market share.

My husband has been enjoying using this hydrating toner. It’s easy to use and has a nice naturally fresh scent to it, not a perfumey scent. It works well with his skincare routine. I tested it on my skin and like it as well. I think it’s probably fine for any gender. The price is quite reasonable.

Even though the listing indicates this is formulated for men it didn’t stop me from giving it a try on my pale 63 yr old lady skin. Anything hydrating is on the wish list when your skin gets old. I like to use a toner – it’s always a bit of shock that after washing my face a cotton square and toner still find “stuff” I missed. It’s nice to make that last pass before moisturizing with the “intense” stuff.
I like the feel of this toner and it does a good job. My skin does not feel tight after I’ve used it. It makes a nice clean palette to lay on a good night moisturizer.
I like this, but I think it’s just a bit over priced for a toner.

I am quite sensitive to a lot of skin care, but this has not caused any type of irritation. It has seemed to really help with my oily skin and pores. It is very pleasant to use and has it nice scent to it. I appreciate that it provides moisture without stripping my skin of my natural oils. Highly recommend!

I use this before I put on moisturizer and it leaves my skin looking “dewy” all day. It leaves your skin looking so hydrated and smooth. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue. Great addition to skincare routine.

I am constantly impressed with the formulas and impressive ingredients. This has some really impressive ingredients, tons of natural extracts and it’s oh so refreshing!
The product arrived quick. The box looked/felt very upscale and was sealed with a branded tamper proof sticker. The info on the box (including full ingredient list) had English translation stickers. The box was also marked with a lit # and exp. date which isnt until 2027. Inside, the beautiful and unique, square blue bottle had a seal over the opening.
This is most definitely a unique bottle, that’s for sure. The product distributes from a small hole in the top of the bottle and allows for a controlled application. Seeing this is ‘formulated for men’ and the instructions just say ‘apply to the desired area’, I’m not quite sure if they want you to rub it in with your hands or use a cotton pad. I went with the latter.
The formula is a clear, transparent liquid that looks like water, but is just slightly denser. It has a very interesting silky feeling and texture to it that makes it glide across the skin effortlessly. It feels very light and provides a very instant refreshing feeling without any stinging, burning or irritation. I don’t do well with scent/fragrance and thankfully this doesn’t seem to have any scent really, although once in a while I do pick up a very clean, fresh note from the formula that’s super light and barely discernable. The formula dries very clean without any sticky residue or tacky feeling. I’ll note that if you use too much (ie- not on a cotton pad) it does feel a bit tacky.
Immediately I noticed how hydrated my skin felt. It’s interesting because usually toners don’t make my skin feel full and bouncy, but this did. It stays super soft and smooth all day long too, even my dry zones. While I did notice a super slight difference in my oily zones right away, it took about a week to see some really notable differences. From then on, they grew more and more even and less like a grease slick, which I appreciate A LOT because I’m not as shiny and my pores (especially around my nose and cheeks) are becoming less noticeable. I’m beyond impressed how this really evens out combo skin, and delivers exactly what each area needs.
I’m going to mention that this really proved it’s worth when I used it on my sunburned skin. I wasn’t lobster red or anything, but I was uncomfortable and worried about the repercussions. This immediately soothed and calmed my skin. It didn’t feel tight or dry either. I applied it that night and again in the am and 24 hours later the burn was basically gone and I didn’t peel or feel dry at all.
This is definitely an effective formula with it’s biggest benifit coming from the added moisture and hydration. While the formulation is impressive and contains some really great ingredients, I can’t help but notice that the bottle is on the smaller side, especially for a toner.
I’m a 41yo (female) skincare junkie with sensative combo skin that I am obsessed with keeping as youthful and healthy looking as possible. I realize this is formulated for men, but a good formula is a good formula, so I got it anyways. I really loved how this felt and appreciated the extra moisture it infused my skin with. Hey…I get it. Men should have thier own stuff, but this is fine for women to use too.
