Firstly, remember that any of these products will have completely different results on everyone. I am a male and have great skin, very slight hyperpigmentation for my tender age, and not as many wrinkles as I should have, considering all I have put myself through and been through. I will say some folks say that I look pretty good for being in my ’70s, whereupon I smile and say, “Thanks! That’s because I’m not!”
It has a pleasant smell, goes on nicely — I do not use acres and acres of it and then use an electric sander to rub it in like Helen does, poor Helen, but I use a very small amount, lightly tap it in because just like crop circles, the message to the onlooker must be clear! You look better! And in a week, using it three times lightly a day, my hyperpigmentation was asked about 6 days later as, “That spot on your cheek looks almost invisible today!” — it was faint to begin with — and my finest lines seem to be looking better. As I said, I have only used it a week and my problems are totally different from yours, not that you wouldn’t want to be me, I am worthy, worthy I tell ya, worthy…but I, picky, critical when need be me, believe it has done some good.
This review is after just a week but I wanted to write my review right away because I noticed something that fast! Now, your experience will be your own and that could be anything other than purely imagining you bought this and it took years off your face

I’ve tried a couple of other dark spot serums and think I’ve hit a wall with at least one of them. After helping a bit, it seems like we’re just preventing now. I’m trying this because it has different ingredients, so I’m hoping for even more progress on the existing problems.
The reason I won’t continue buying this (unless it shows the results I’m seeking) is I don’t like the pump. I was confused at first (You pop the clear cap, and push down.). The novelty of it was cool until I used it a couple of times. You would think it would be primed after the first use, but I often have to push multiple times before cream appears. Sometimes it’s less. Sometimes it’s more. Sometimes it squirts out and lands somewhere else in the bathroom. I can’t seem to control it to get just the amount I want. You can just unscrew the metal section and use it like a regular pot. It seems wasteful in terms of packaging.
If it appears this works any better or differently than other dark spot correctors in the end, I will post an update.

I have been using this product for about 2 months on and off. I immediately began applying the spot corrector for my keloid removal discoloration. I use the product for this purpose for 1 week, day and night but I did not see any improvement on the discoloration of my skin. I was not able to use it on my face right from the beginning because I was using strong topical medications and was afraid of negative reactions by mixing the different products.
Today, I decided to use Dermaxgen Dark Spot Corrector on my face and to my surprise, I do not feel any discomfort, itchiness, or even sensitivity. It does feel a bit greasy but not that much; especially at the beginning after applying it on face. The aroma has a slight soft medicinal scent, but in a good way. The texture of the cream is very soft and cool, and the plastic jar is a little heavy; but nothing extreme.
Now let me share with you why I gave this product the score I did. Last year in August, I went to the beach and it was so hot, my hands got sunburn badly since my skin is very sensitive to the sun. There were so many brown spots on my hands and I thought, my hands are completely ruin… So, I tried this cream on my hands every time I had the chance to and suddenly I noticed that my brown spots were less and less. I am sorry that I do not have an image of how badly the sunburn on my hands was to show you the before and the after images. Not all the brown spots are gone but it did remove most of them and made my hands skin way lighter. I do feel a little sensitivity when I left the cream on my hands, but it is nothing I cannot tolerate; it is almost nothing, but I just want to share this information.

I was really hoping this would work. I’ve used for several week and have not seen a difference. Bummer!!!!

This cream is light and silky feeling, nice on skin, not greasy, no odor, absorbs quickly. I’ve used it a few days and I’m not really seeing any lightening of dark spots. I’m going to keep using it awhile on a large dark spot on my chest and see if it improves. It has a pump under the lid and the bottom can be removed if you don’t like the pump. It’s 1.7 oz which is standard for most face creams and at the current price around $15, it’s reasonable.
I’ve looked all over, but I can’t find out where this product is actually made. The box says “manufactured for Dermaxgen Inc Murphy TX” but it doesn’t say it was made there or in the US.
