I have now used the entire can and waited 2 weeks to review. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I noticed no adverse effects. I eventually noticed, maybe a week or so after adding them to my daily regimen, an improved sense of well being, as in better digestion, gut health, and overall healthier in body and mood. Now that I have removed them from my diet, I am now starting to feel a little “off”, in my gut health, particularly shortly after meals. I had a cup of dandelion tea and felt somewhat improved this afternoon. I truly feel that the dandelion and other ingredients in this blend have improved my health. I will be keepingnt his on hand from now on. I prefer the capsules to the tea.

I wish I could give this product 5 stars, as most of what you need in a supplement is there…. clear and understandable packaging, all relevant information listed, seals tight, etc. However, as does happen from time to time, at least 1 capsule opened at some point and there is a light dusting over all the remaining product. Normally, this wouldn’t be a huge issue, but due to a few of the ingredients, it can leave an unpleasant taste and feeling in your mouth. This does occasionally happen, not universal by any means, but this is my personal experience. Everything else about this seems good and legit. Product made in India.

A few times a year I do a detox or cleanse and added this to one of those cycles. Felt good on this! The container was properly safety sealed, the capsules were intact and smelled fresh and herby. Appreciate that it’s non-GMO, quality tested and vegan. This product felt like it was doing something to make the cleanse easier to handle.
