K2-MK7 (derived from Natto) and D3 is vital to longevity. There are many clinical studies that prove that K2-MK7 reverses and prevents calcification (atherosclerosis) in the arteries. That is why K2-MK7 is said to benefit the heart and brain. In addition, bone health is improved because the K2-MK7 takes the calcium directly to the bones and teeth–where it belongs— and the K2-MK7 safely dissolves (over time) the calcium that is calcified in the arteries– according to a few clinical studies. If you research online, you can read and learn more about what K2-MK7 does to promote health, reduce inflammation, reverse atherosclerosis due to calcification in the arteries (which is responsible for heart disease, deep-vain-thrombosis, and stroke). K2-MK7 is the cure for osteoporosis and so much more. I also find Youtube videos regarding K2-MK7 very helpful. It is a huge subject and relatively sort-of-new medical knowledge. The D3 is important because it complements the K2-MK7. I picked this particular brand of K2-MK7 and D3 (PRO FORMULATIONS MD) because the K2-MK7 is derived from “Natto”– a Japanese fermented soy– a vegetarian food source. I take one (1) capsule a day as per the directions.

I had been looking for a K2/D3 combo and this was a great price. I wish they’d up the D3 dose as I still need to supplement with more D but this takes the place of at least 2 pills I don’t have to take.
