I’ve been happy with this product. It seems to be as affective as the other brand of dmannose and probiotic I was taking. Having a combination supplement saves money. It does not upset my stomach.

I started taking 2 pills a day for my recurrent UTIs (3 in 6 months). Now I’ve been taking them for around 4 months and haven’t suffered any more UTIs. I’ve noticed some benefits on my digestion too. Besides the D-mannose and cranberry extract they contain 10 different strains of probiotics so it makes sense they have multiple benefits, not only on Urinary health.
They’re kind of smelly (hello bacteria) and big sized but they contain the recommended D-mannose dosis for UTI prevention, probiotics and cranberry and still they don’t taste bad.
Great price for the product and ammount of pills you’re getting, totally recomend.

I am in the latter stages of perimenopause, at least, I hope it’s the latter stages. Anyway, I started noticing a hint of a bladder infection coming on that worsened slightly each day.
I tried combatting it with black seed oil, but it didn’t work. I ordered this product and noticed a difference within a few days.
I have been taking it for maybe a month now, and I still notice the hint of a bladder infection if I miss a dose. But as long as I don’t miss a dose, I feel normal again.
I’m hoping with time to be able to cut back. I am currently taking two capsules two times per day. They are easy to swallow.

My Urologist recommended I try these vitamins, I ordered them over a month ago. I am taking them for frequent UTI’s. I can’t really say they are working for me because I haven’t been taking them long enough to see if they are working to prevent the UTI’s. I will say what does seem to be working for me is the probiotics part of the formula. I have noticed that since I’ve been on this vitamin that I no longer have heartburn which is a good thing. I don’t wake up in the morning with a burning sensation and bloated feeling. So I have reordered and will continue to take them for digestion and to help with the UTI’s.Thanks Biophix!
