For those people who use D-Mannose, this product is an excellent choice!
Many people use it to support a healthy tract.
Based on my research, in looking at the suggested initial dosage of 2 grams (4 capsules), 3 times a day for 10 days then, maintaining at 1 gram (2 capsules), once or twice a day, this bottle of 200 capsules will handle the initial 120 capsules (4 x 3 x 10 days) while still having 80 capsules remaining, for an additional 20 – 40 days before needing to reorder, if it’s even needed!
I’d recommend having this product on hand – “just in case” it’s needed.
A definite 5-Star supplement!

My wife says: I take several supplements to help prevent UTIs, including d-mannose, and it’s been working well for me. This mannose supplement comes in convenient 500mg capsules, and 2 or 3 per day is the correct dosage for me (the label recommends 3 capsules). The label states that it is 100% organic and vegan, it’s manufactured in the USA in a GMP/FDA registered facility, and it’s quality tested and lab verified. The “Best by” date (12/2025) is well over 2 years from the date of delivery (9/2023), so it’s fresh. All this puts my mind at ease. This supplement is priced very competitively at about $0.12 per capsule. I like this d-mannose supplement a lot.

It’s a quality organic supplement. Taking the suggested three capsules a few times throughout the day is not my favorite thing, however cranberry juice does not sit well on my sensitive stomach and not always available.
This is a very convenient option to have on hand, especially when traveling and capsules are so much easier than the powder option.

biophix D-mannose USDA Organic 500 mg 200 Veggie Caps. I take D-Mannose upon recommendation from my doctor. It is said to take 1500 – 2000 mg of D-Mannose. This one contains 1500 mg and you need to take 3 capsules to get that much. I personally prefer 2000 mg and for me having to take 4 capsules is just too much. I do like how this D-Mannose is organic and doesn’t contain other supplements.

D-mannose powder has been in my first aid bag for years for UTI and bladder relief. In order to eliminate unwanted extra ingredients, the powder form has been my go-to. This product checks a lot of boxes, including being gluten-free, organic, GMO-free, made in the USA, made in a registered GMP facility, etc. I had to check out two ingredients in the capsule: pullulan and organic CompactCel. This is what I found by typing in the search engine “what is pullulan” and “what is organic CompactCel”: “What is pullulan? First discovered in 1958, pullulan is a polysaccharide polymer that is produced from liquid starch by natural fermentation. Unlike most polysaccharides, however, this fiber material is water-soluble.” ” CompactCel® is an organic dry binder.
The natural dry binder composition for direct ompression. Based on fine selected natural ingredients. It supports clean label strategies for nutritional products. Certified with the EU- and US-label for organic food.” I wish it didn’t have this.
The bottle was double safety sealed and the capsules are easy to swallow. I opened one to taste and compared it to my powdered D-mannose; it had the same great taste. These are so convenient, and I don’t have to worry about clumping. The cost per gram is comparable to other organic D-mannose capsules at this time, around $24 for 200 of the 500mg capsules. I will most likely continue to use the powder form routinely to eliminate the extra ingredients, but I will continue to keep these on hand for travel and in my first aid bag.

I have been taking these supplements from a different brand for a while now and was excited to see this product as it comes in about 30% less expensive than the incumbent! After using it for about a month, I can say that it is just as effexctive as what I was using. I haven’t experience any intended ramifications from making the switch, other than more money saved. 5 stars!

I have taken D Mannose for urinary tract health for many years. It’s a great supplement, works well and so much better than taking pharmaceuticals. So, I was happy to find an organic D Mannose supplement. It’s easy to take and has no nasty aftertaste. Plus it’s just as effective as the non-organic supplements that I have taken in the past.
The instructions call for three tablets daily and I am sure that would work as a preventive. But, I don’t like to take a lot of daily supplements so I only take these when I feel symptoms of an infection, or as a preventative when I am in a situation that could potentially trigger an infection.
I am happy with the brand, the fact that it’s organic and its effectiveness so, I recommend it!
