This is a very good combination of ingredients, cranberry and D-Manose, to help with urinary tract problems when and if they arise. I always have some on hand, of one brand or another, just in case. The supplement is Kosher.
The product is apparently made in the USA but you really have to look very hard to find that information on the label, as the symbol is too small and the print is a color that is hard to read.
Additionally, the label says the product has 520 mg, but the label ALSO says the dosage is 1-2 capsules, and it does NOT specify whether that the mg shown on the label applies to one or two capsules. If one takes two capsules per dose, there are only 30 doses in this jar.

D-mannose, from what I’ve read, seems to do a better job at preventing bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall than the traditional cranberry juice remedy by itself. I don’t usually suffer with these types of infections, but have this as a just-in-case remedy.

Everytime I started feeling that feeling, you know the one girl, like you have to pee all the time and start feeling uncomfortable down there. I never had cranberry juice around when I needed it and live to far out in the boonies to just make a casual run to the store. Thank goodness I ran across these capsules of cranberry joy. I know if I can catch that UTI in it’s earliest stages and have cranberry on hand to flush it out, it will save me a Dr. visit and a lot of discomfort and pain. Now I won’t be without that cranberry miracle again. Honestly, these capsules are going to help me out. It’s even cheaper than cranberry juice!
