Whether it is used to re-hydrate after a workout or competition or just after mowing the lawn in the humid summer heat – it is vital to use a quality drink or drink mix. This blue raz from Cwench is the best that I have tried. First of all, on opening the package, the smell reminds me of blue cotton candy at a carnival – absolutely wonderful! The scoop inside is rather small – my guess is that it delivers 2-3g of powder. The directions state to use one scoop in 8-16oz of water depending on preferred taste. I used one scoop in 16-18oz (I didn’t measure precisely, but it was a 20oz cup) and it was really good. Some electrolyte drinks taste salty to me and I don’t like how much sodium is included in other drinks/mixes. The sodium content on this blue raspberry is about 250mg and only 25% of the daily intake. I also appreciate that there is no sugar so I’m not adding extra carbs to my diet. Because of the low sodium, great taste, and 11oz to make so much final product, I can highly recommend this to anyone looking for DIY sports drink.

All of my kids are involved in athletics and sometimes have activities going most of the day. These electrolyte packets are great to toss into their water bottle in the middle of the day to help replenish some of what’s been lost. They all really like the flavor of these ones. Sometimes other packets have weird flavors or just don’t taste right but these have become a go to.

This is an electrolyte powder in a blue raspberry flavor. Each serving includes a good amount of vitamins and minerals in addition to the electrolytes. When you mix the powder with water, make sure to stir or shake thoroughly so it evens out for a better taste overall. The powder/water seems to separate so it’s best to stir/shake each time you drink after a while. The taste is pretty sweet like a lot of hydration powders. This is a good way to stay hydrated after working out or during a workout or any other physical activity.

I like blue raspberry as a flavor so I had to try this electrolyte mix…
It was a little more time to dissolve than average but not too bad.
The flavor is quite strong and I found it worked best in a liter bottle (33oz). It was really quite pleasant at that dilution.
The ingredient profile seems well thought out and in a competitive market it is hard to stand out.
This brand has used premium ingredients and stayed away from sugar and artificial flavors/colors.
The have also put a little thought in to the mix of electrolytes and aim for a well established ratio.
I will certainly be using them more in the future.

Cwench is a Canadian brand flying under the Cizzle Brands, Ltd umbrella. Since the Spring of 2024 it is a relatively new addition to hydration drinks and heralded as one of the cleanest blends currently on the market. Although the flavor is acceptable it isn’t the greatest but is comparable to many of the other products on the market in powder form. Speaking more of the flavor, it tastes more salty than it does sweet. I’ve noticed this with many of the drinks which use Stevia as a sweetener. Per the directions you can mix this in 8oz or 16oz of water. I find it tastes best in my 18oz Yeti tumbler the extra couple of ounces of water help tame that saltiness. However, the blue raspberry flavor never hits the mark for me. It comes off almost candy like and although not off-putting it just isn’t for me. This is the only reason I’ve knocked 1 star off. As an electrolyte replacement, it seems to be a great product from a company that understands athletes of every level. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn’t care for the overly sweet flavor of some of the “ade” drinks on the market as it does a fair job of cutting sweetness.

I am such a fan of the Blue Raspberry mix its incredible! I have tried the Berry and that was good but Blue Raspberry is just as awesome as the premixed containers I have tried. Dissolves perfectly in ice water and gives me a nice hydrated feeling especially after a late night or after a workout. I am a fan of all Cwench flavors!

The first thing that stuck out to me is that it took forever to get this powder to dissolve in my water. I couldn’t get it to completely dissolve and ended up drinking some gritty blobs of this mix. The electrolyte content is passable, but not as good as other mixes.
The blue raspberry taste was good up front, but it was a little too sweet for me. I ended up diluting the powder with more water to taper the sweetness for myself. This is a very basic mix that is just average at best.
