The foam cleanser is very gentle and made skin feel clean without feeling super dry. Loved the moisturizer so much I bought the full size. Paired with the essence, my skin felt very hydrated after and created glass skin look!! I also didn’t notice any strong smells. Usually I break out when switching moisturizer or face wash but these products instantly improved my dry skin without any breakouts. The only thing I didn’t like was the makeup remover gel. Doesn’t take off eye makeup but if you have very very sensitive skin it could be good to try to take off face makeup.

It caused a sin break out of acne I think it may be from the oil based cleanser you use in Step1 . The foamy cleanser is nice though but the cream wasn’t moisturizer enough for my skin in the drier parts.

Last awhile the items are good for true sensitive skin I love this brand specifically but there are cheaper options if you looking to purchase the larger items I would only do so on a sale

I’m so happy I tried this brand. This is the only product that I found that did not further inflame my newborns facial skin. I tested in my face first and it worked great. I love the foam of the soap, infact, so does my toddler and will willingly spread on himself during shower time.

Who knows why, but my skin has recently decided that it hates me. Dry, flaky, scaly and reddened to the point of cracking around the nose, cheeks and forehead; so sensitive that even micellar water stung (I tried my glycolic acid toner and actually cried a bit); and to cap it off, spots everywhere. All the skincare woes I managed to avoid in my teens seemed to have merged and landed on me in my early 30s. I couldn’t even put foundation on to cover things up as no matter how much I cleansed and moisturised, the flakes just showed right through. I was so worried that I even spoke to a nurse, but they couldn’t come up with a reason for it. Thoroughly depressing.
A friend swears by Curel, so I bought the trial kit. I was so eager to get started that I dove right into the full routine and didn’t even bother to patch test. Usually a bad skincare move, but my skin was already all kinds of messed up so I figured what was the worst that could happen?
As someone who’s used to 8 or even 10 step regimes, the routine is a total breeze. Gel cleanser onto dry skin then rinse. Foam cleanser onto wet skin then rinse (I use a very soft konjac sponge at this stage for a little extra exfoliation). Top tip – if you’ve got particularly flaky skin, then once you’ve rinsed the foam cleanser, gently rub the flaky areas with your fingertips. The dry, dead skin will slough right off, leaving you a lot smoother. It’s gross but kinda amazing to see what comes away. Once you’ve dried; tap the lotion on, top with the moisturiser, and you’re done. Just remember to add an SPF.
So the results. Well, Curel has been a total game changer. After a couple of weeks of twice daily use, my skin has already improved dramatically. There’s still some redness but it’s much reduced there’s a hell of a lot less flaking, blemishes are finally disappearing, and best of all, my skincare routine finally isn’t painful. Not one step of this routine stung my skin. My face looks much more hydrated and I can even wear foundation without flakes showing through. I’ll definitely be buying the full size version of this routine once the trial kit runs out, and I’ll never go back to harsher acids again. Seriously – try this kit out. You won’t regret it.

This is a great way to get an idea of how amazing these products are at a great price. I have sensitive skin and have struggled with eczema my whole life. This is a soft, soothing, non-irritating cream/lotion. Not sticky at all. No smell. I would compare it to Tatcha. 10/10.
