I’ve been taking Curcumin supplements for some time. I am in my early 50’s and train in Martial Arts. I had been experiencing mild pain and soreness regularly, did some research and found several well-known martial artists take Turmeric supplements daily. I tried a few brands and did notice the pain decreased significantly. In continuing my research and use, I learned that when taken with pepper extract, more Curcumin is absorbed. That is when I gave this brand a try. Within days, I noticed even greater improvements, and knew that this was my brand going forward.
How good has it worked for me? It works extremely well. I no longer take any OTC pain medications, whatsoever. I can’t remember when the last time was that I had a headache. The lack of muscle and joint pain supports greater mobility, which in turn had enabled me to increase my training, and progress more quickly in my art. During my last physical, I shared my use and results with my doctor. He was suitably impressed, and said he would be looking into this.
I highly recommend this product, and will definitely continue to use it.

Product works great for my husbands heart and I have enjoyed the help with chronic pain from neck fracture. Over all works as intended. Only improvement to offer is condense into 1 capsule instead of 3. Otherwise great!

I decided to try this product to see if it would help with arthritis related inflammation. My doctor had tried me on several different prescription meds but none really helped so the doctor wanted me to try some heavy-duty arthritis meds. Well, I’m a pharmacy tech & I know better than to just take whatever a doctor says without researching first! Was NOT favorably impressed with Rx meds so researched this & other products. I opted for this brand for several reasons. First, I have to eat gluten free & while a lot of brands met that requirement, the capsules used did NOT. This brand does! Also, I have budget constraints and this brand offered the best value for my money, especially since I had not used this type of product previously. I do know that sometimes it can take a little longer for natural products to seem effective so the high quantity made this the best value for me. Now since I’ve been taking it, I’ve been able to cut back on the high doses of nsaids I was taking to keep the pain & inflammation down to a livable level! I have tried to manage completely without the nsaids but the natural product only lasts about 4 hours and I could tell quickly when I needed to take more! With work and grand kids I just don’t have time to stop for pill taking, so I’ve found I can take 2 caps of this product & 2 caps of the nsaid 3 time/day with each meal. Using this combination I have finally been able to sleep through an entire night pain free and wake up pain free as well! Wowzer! Now I can move more & move without chronic pain! I don’t know the facts behind it but for me this product seems to help with the inflammation & pain on it’s own and when I take it with the nsaid, it seems to enhance and/or extend the relief for a longer period of time! I am truly glad I found this product and this brand!

Despite that sometimes i have difficulty swallowing these huge capsules, it does the job for me. Huge difference in my blood work after taking curcumin with bioperine. Cholesterol (including LDL and HDL), triglycerides and other major blood levels are back to normal from a previously dangerously high ones for years. Also my BP dropped to normal level from being borderline high to high. Sometimes the readings are from when i was in my twenties or thirties. I was always very skeptical about dietary supplements or vitamins but after a life long persistance, which had to do a lot with working in the medical field where doctors so not encourage it at all, and rather shove pills down to our throat instead of finding out the root of those symptoms. I became a huge believer of certain supplements( it’s lots of trial and error till you find out the right combination for yourself). I was not going to go on at least 3 different medications and decided to start the research and change my diet by eliminating lots of harmful additives and just plain bad stuff. It was tedious at times but got through and now i can stand by to at least trying it for a while and see the change for yourself. We have one life, so need to watch what we put in our body. This product also made a positive impact on my different inflammations and pains, it’s a natural blood thinner and a very powerful anti oxidant, liver cleanser, and so on. I studied everything extensively before starting anything. I am happy with the outcome so i will keep ordering this product as well as other supplements form this company. I don’t work for them or for any company, these are my words, my own experiences and just wanted to pass it on.
