I like taking turmeric for anti-inflammatory purposes—tinctures or liquid supplements are an easy way to get better absorbed doses. The addition of organic black pepper further ensures maximum absorption. I find turmeric to be pretty flavorful—suggested serving size is about 30 drops, but more can be taken throughout a day. Turmeric is one supplement that helps ease my mild arthritic knee pain, and this is a very palatable, easy way to incorporate it into your diet. I appreciate that this particular formula is alcohol/additive free, and uses only organic ingredients.

Do you like turmeric? Do you like black pepper? I’d hope so, because this stuff is overwhelming. The taste is highly unpleasant, but I guess if you really like those flavors, it might be okay for you.
It also doesn’t seem to have any effect on my health and well-being.

You get a nice amount of product for this price. The Taste is smooth and goes down easily. It doesn’t have a funky aftertaste anything like that. So many benefits of turmeric go alongside black pepper. If you want to invest in your health definitely purchase it.

As someone dealing with chronic IBD/Ulcerative Colitis, I love Turmeric because of its anti-inflammatory properties. Even my GI doc recommends Turmeric supplements. So I jumped at the chance to trial this elixir but was a bit disappointed to find vague dosing info. Telling me the “serving size” info is neither helpful nor nearly specific enough. It makes me wary of how much to actually take and less trustful of the product itself.
The current price of ~$17 is also a bit steep in my opinion (considering you’re potentially getting less than a 30-day supply), so I don’t think I’ll be ordering this again. I think from now on, I’ll stick with supplements in capsule or tablet form.

Turmeric is so healthy for you and I try to add it to a lot of my food. However, many things I like it in / I am trying to cut back SO this is perfect! You can take this directly or add it to another liquid. I like doing the latter and so there is no issue with taste for me.

They say that three droplets a day but don’t supply the dropper to measure it so your guessing and hoping your write very dissapointing

possible cons:
– *dosing is 30 drops or it says 3 droppers but i counted a full dropper and mine ended up being 25 drops.. i wish there was an easier way to take this instead of counting every time, because doing it by the dropperful is not accurate
