This seems like a good supplement and I like the vegetarian capsules . I haven’t been taking it very long so I really can’t speak as to its efficacy. For me however the amount of curcuminoids- 100 mg per serving- is less than I usually take , and this supplement is more expensive too.
I have been taking curcumin supplements for several years now. Sometimes I wonder if its doing anything for me, but when I run out of it I can feel the difference in the form of increased achiness. I mostly take curcumin and turmeric extract , rather than turmeric . This supplement has more turmeric . Some people may prefer that. There are different opinions about which is better and I can only speak for myself . It does seem like a good turmeric- curcumin supplement though.

The more I take Turmeric curcumin for pain, the more I am convinced, this is definitely one natural root that actually works. It has been used forever around the world as a spice for cooking, but also as a remedy for various health issues such as muscle and joint aches brought about by physical exertion and others. I have some lower back nerve irritation that lingers since I had a bad pull a few years ago, and when I take this consistently each day, it clears up in about two days. This particular brand seems to be a potent mix of it, and I also like it adds black pepper, which is also beneficial in that helps increase absorption of nutrients. It was smart to pair the two in this. Outstanding product! I will purchase more when this bottle is empty.

This turmeric supplement is a pretty basic turmeric supplement compared to the rest. The ingredients are listed as Organic Turmeric, Curcuma Longa 1200mg, Turmeric 95% Curcuminoids, BioPerine 10mg, Magnesium Stearate.
It doesn’t have ginger or other ingredients that are sometimes paired with turmeric, but it does have the BioPerine which helps with absorption. Serving size is two capsules and they go down pretty easily.
All in all, it’s a good basic turmeric supplement.

My husband has a knee that acts up every now and then so he has been taking Glusosamine for a few years now. He was still having some issues with his knee and I ordered this to see if it would help. Turmeric is supposed to be good for this kind of issue and this has really helped my husband. He has been taking this now for about 3 weeks and I have not heard anything about knee pain in the last couple of weeks. This Supplement is bottled in the U.S. in an FDA approved lab and contains only 3 ingredients. It does seems a little expensive to me compared to some of the other Turmeric supplements out there, but it seems to wirk for my husband so we will continu to use it.
