   My tried and true, gives me a fresh breath every time. I love that there’s no alcohol in the product, to avoid harsh damage to my mouth and the fluoride/whitening element keeps my teeth looking strong and healthy! I use nightly after brushing and flossing, as well as in the morning.

   Wow this stuff really works. I noticed my teeth were whiter the very first week I used it. I normally use this once a day and I am not almost out and I can’t believe how white my teeth are. I do not use whitening strips or anything and this makes a huge difference and has increased my confidence. Only down side is it tastes horrible and I usually have to spit in the sink a couple times after using but I know this is due to it actually having whitening solution in it which makes sense why wouldn’t it taste like whitening if that’s the main purpose. Will be buying this again and again

   I really like this peroxide mouthwash. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed, without any harsh burning. The slight fizz from the peroxide feels like it’s working and my mouth feels very fresh. Are my teeth a bit brighter over time… it could be my imagination, but my tea and coffee stained teeth look better. My gums are less sensitive now as well.

   It’s a solid choice.

   Usage context: Bought this mouthwash after seeing rave reviews about whitening. I usually use TheraBreath, which I prefer overall, but I wanted to compare.

   Expectations vs. reality:
   While this Crest mouthwash does leave my mouth feeling fresh and clean, I didn’t notice any real whitening effect. That makes sense, because for ingredients like hydrogen peroxide to truly whiten teeth, you need prolonged exposure — much longer than the 30–60 seconds of rinsing you get with a mouthwash. So while it works fine as a daily rinse, it shouldn’t be expected to noticeably brighten teeth.

   Details:

   Flavor: strong mint, leaves a lasting fresh feel.

   Whitening: no visible results even with consistent use.

   Cleanliness: mouth feels refreshed and rinsed well after use.

   Comparison: I personally prefer TheraBreath for everyday use, but Crest Pro-Health gives a stronger, sharper mint kick.

   A solid everyday mouthwash that delivers on freshness but not on whitening. Good for a clean feel, but if whitening is the goal, this won’t do much beyond standard brushing.

    I like this flavor and brand because it is refreshing and also not too spicy. Also this portion can last long!
