Much whiter after just 3 strips, although forgot and left one time over night and the next day teeth were aching. Don’t fall asleep wearing this like I did. I only use one every 1-2 weeks or longer don’t think it’s good to use this often.

I haven’t been able to use these in the past because they made my teeth and gums sensitive after 2-3 applications. I saw a hack where you use synsodyne toothpaste for the time you are utilizing these strips. Also-cut the strips in half so they only cover the front side of your teeth. I’ve been doing both of these things and I’m on day 9, absolutely no sensitivity at all and the results are great. I wish I had known about this sooner!

These work great but no matter what Crest says, these are still a hassle to get them to stay in place and not slip around on your teeth! The marketing and descriptions are always going to lie to the consumer saying “non-slip” or something to that effect but the FACT remains, these slip and slide and crinkle up while on your teeth. They also are sometimes hard to get off the sheet that they are adhered to and when they wrinkle or bend to the point that you can’t get them to adhere to your teeth uniformly then you basically get screwed out of a product that you cannot apply as directed! Crest knows this and these have always been a pain to use as noted above. If you get them on right to where you get lucky, then they are awesome in the fact that they do whiten your teeth significantly! Getting it on sale is a great deal and to me it is the only time to purchase these.

I have naturally yellow teeth due to genetics, though there is additional staining from black coffee and black tea. Even after three days of use, I do notice a difference already! I recommend using the strips in combination with a mouth protractor. Excited to see what my results are after finishing the entire kit!
