This cream has been a life saver. I’ve had a place in the palm of my hand that ls been dry and cracking for months l. It was healed after only 2 days!! It’s worth the price if nothing else has helped you. I had tried sooo many things other expensive creams with no luck. I even tried Lanolin, which helped some but not nearly as well as this cream.

I have sensitive skin that has been a mess from wearing a mask. A friend recommended this creme to help calm down the irritation. It totally cleared up my red, irritated skin within about a week — but I realized that I loved it as an everyday moisturizer. It has a not-heavy or greasy texture and absorbs right away with no residual. It is just the right amount of moisture without clogging pores for my normal-to-dry mature skin (over 50). As a bonus, I LOVE the smell… It is not perfumed, but the ingredients have a cedar-y smell that reminds me of being in a spa. I think this must be an “undiscovered” brand/product -id expect this quality product to be much, much more. I definitely recommend it.

The cream is relatively effective, yet, the postal packaging was inappropriate (I received the product with damaged boxes). In general, the product did not look like a brand new one, was not even well sealed and did not have an expiration date.

I am not a real big Lotion fan. In fact I generally hate lotions because of how slimy they feel. I have such an issue with topical ointments and creams that even prescription medications aren’t usable for me, I have to get a foam based version. Having just received the product I can’t say anything about long term effectiveness yet, but hopefully the following information is still useful to anyone looking at this…
– It does actually absorb very quickly. It does not leave behind that slimy feeling you get with most lotions. It absorbed in a matter of maybe 10 seconds.
– Even having just applied the cream on my elbow when my arm is resting on the desk it doesn’t slide all over the place like it does with other lotions/creams. There is just a tiny bit of give due to the lotion, probably not noticeable by most people.
– Skin where the lotion was applied was almost immediately much softer and silkier feeling. If you are using this to address issues with dry skin, I could see this working very well for that application.
– Smell isn’t overpowering, but has a definite herbal smell to it. I think I would prefer no smell, or a sweeter smell, but it’s not bad.
Overall I would recommend this lotion/cream. It seems to work well without all of the normal side effects of slimy/oily feeling skin. Also please note this bottle is relatively small. 2.5oz is not very much. If you are planning to use a large amount of this for your legs or whole body regularly then you may want to look into a larger bottle.
Update:
I am very impressed with this product. I have gone through most of my tube now already and am getting ready to order more. For dry skin this works exceptionally well. Ultimately it doesn’t have the healing properties of a topical steroid, but it works as well as anything for basic dry skin, and works better than most for other skin related issues as well.
Absorbtion Details:
– Initial absorption occurs within about 10-15 seconds and will absorb probably 95% of the product. You will get a very slight slick feel that will eventually go away.
– Total absorption probably takes around 30 minutes for that minor slick feeling to go 100% away.
– Your dry skin immediately feels relief, and the effects are not only immediate but long lasting. Your skin is left feeling silky smooth and healthy.
