As a retired plastic surgery Nurse, I’vr seen it all & tried it all. This product is AMAZING. I has under eye puffiness that didn’t go awway 3 weeks after having Botox/Dysport & filler under my eyes. I used the product on my ENTIRE face 5x day 1. By the next day 100% of the puffiness was GONE. I’ve continued to use it at bedtime for now a week. My entire face looks better. Pores smaller, clogged pores clean, and no puffiness around eyes. Note: if you are over 40 and have really large bags from aging, a surgical blepharoplasty is the only answer. But in the meantime, I’m sure the product will help. And after surgury, it would help with post op swelling. If your age related puffiness is just just starting, OR from fatigue, water retention, allergies, or like me, from swelling after Botox/Dysport and fillers, buy this with confidence but use it several times a day the first few days. I’m just amazed. I rarely endorse facial anti aging lotions or cream except a true Retin A prrscription or true glycolic peels because they are a waste of money – save up for a $3500 blepharoplasty. In this case, I say BUY IT ! Here’s my before & after pics.

OK….I gave this one month of use, and it didn’t do anything for under eye skin sag/bags. And, the packaging is horrifically tacky with all the FREE stickers and inserts for FREE product, which doesn’t even exist! The website they refer you to doesn’t exist…..weird and shady.
Next, the product is very natural in ingredients. Even the preservative is very mild and natural, which is precisely the reason it comes in a pump dispenser because it would never survive the bacteria from sticking fingers in the container. Also, I will say this pump design helps with product waste as it’s easier to use all of the contents in the jar. Now, it feels fine on the skin, doesn’t irritate delicate eyes, and smells OK…..but it doesn’t work!
So…the cream really isn’t useful, and I feel like it dried out my skin. So it was a total waste of money. And, I am being generous by giving this 2 stars since it is a large jar of useless eye cream….ugh.
I would NOT recommend this product for reducing under eye puffiness or bags.

I use this morning and night. It works extremely well. I use it with the neck firming cream product by the same company. Put it up next to crepe erase and plexiderm and this caffeine based product will win.

I have bought this over and over again after years of trying everything out there. I have genetic dark circles and puffiness. I spent SO much time and money trying products to fight it. This de-puffs my eyes SO quickly! By the time I put on my regular lotion, this has already de-puffed my eyes. Some times my face is swollen and I use it all over. It isn’t made to help with the dark circles, but I no longer buy anything for that, so it must help. I did find a good concealer for that- FINALLY.
The product is so light and so smooth! I love it so much. Zero issues with it hurting your eyes. It’s so perfect. Some times I use it as my whole face lotion.
Also, I’m 44 and don’t have wrinkles around my eyes. I attribute a lot of that to Olay products I have used since I was a teen, but this helps as well. It’s moisturizing without being greasy or heavy. Also, it doesn’t interact with makeup- some lotions/treatments make makeup not go on smoothly or make it not stick as well. This doesn’t do anything but make me happy.
I like the pump top, but have started just opening the top to get a smaller amount because it doesn’t take much at all. There is no smell. So just go ahead and buy the stuff! It’s great. Zero negatives from me!!

I’ve been using this for years and finally wrote this great review….then they change it. People have been asking me (asking me to my face) why my eyes look so bad. They have told me how puffy and dark they are. “What happened? Why do you have bags under your eyes? Have you been crying? What’s that dark purple spot under your eye?” Embarrassing! Shockingly noticeable change in my appearance. I was finally comfortable in my own skin and now I’m wearing my glasses everyday to help distract people from my under eye area. 🙁
The product is thick now, nothing like the old cream. I used it to try to get the same effect…but obviously it doesn’t work. What a shame!!

I was so looking forward to using the Caffeine Eye Cream for the puffiness and bags under my eyes. It did not do anything for me. I used a dime amount as per the instructions under each eye but very disappointed with the results. Did I do apply it correctly? Lita Molof

I have used the cream a few times both in the morning and at night. It does help fade the dark circles and puffiness.
The only bad thing is that the cream is VERY thick. It takes a long time to absorb.
If you’re in a rush, you will end up removing it with a wipe/tissue, because it will not absorb within minutes, instead, you will look like a mime.
