Works, but on me at least it doesn’t completely remove the lovely bags under my eyes when I wake up. Can feel it trying to tighten so it may work for others…my bags are just to stubborn.

I contacted the seller for the ingredient list and told it was simply “Water, Coffee Extract, Kojic Acid, Arginine, Vitamin E, Retinol” but I’m not sure that I believe it. I’ve never had an adverse reaction to any of those ingredients, but this made me itch and had a bit of a strong scent to it in my opinion. Would not buy again and would not recommend.

Under Eye Cream for Puffiness and Bags- this arrived safety sealed which was great. It took me some time to figure out how to get this to work. I had to twist the top many times to get it to start to work. There isn’t instructions included about this. I wanted to try this because it only had a limited number of ingredients so I thought that would be good. This is more of a cream than an eye gel and it has a strong scent. The roller feels good when first applying and it feels cool. The lotion takes some time to soak in, and I noticed that once the amount of lotion comes out and you apply it, it becomes hard to use just the roller. It’s like you need to have the lotion come out, and I haven’t been able to use the roller by itself. Unfortunately, this is too strong of a scent for me to use. It’s puzzling because there’s only a handful of ingredients listed, and this smells like a fragrance of some kind, so I question the honesty of the listed ingredients.

With my dry eye and allergy problems my eyes have taken a beating. My eye lids are usually bright red, and I have dark circles/bags under my eyes. I am very self-conscious about how my eyes look so I have been trying to find a way to get rid of the dark circles. I have tried eye serums and I even have tried a conceal correct which is green. I will try whatever I can, I just want the dark circles to go away! I was able to order this under eye cream treatment with a 360° massage eye roller for puffiness, dark circles and bags. The eye cream is in a 2.4 oz, nice sized gold tube with a cap for covering the massage head. The eye cream contains water, coffee Extract, kojic acid, arginine, vitamin E, and retinol. What I like is the cooling effect of the cream under my eyes, it moisturizes and reduces the puffiness. I had been told years ago when applying anything under the eye to use your ring finger because it put less pressure on the delicate skin under your eyes. I have followed that advice but no matter how lightly I touched it became red and the circles more pronounced. With the 360-degree rotating head which is a small silver ball that sits on the white product dispenser I no longer have that added irritation. I absolutely love massaging under my eyes, I never realized how relaxing massaging that area could be. By massaging and using the under eye cream the bags and dark circles are becoming less pronounced which is such a big relief to me. To get the cream out, remove the plastic lid, put your finger on the white plastic part that looks like a ledge and for the first time you are using the cream, pump down on that ledge till you see the cream start to come out. It comes out easier each time you use it. This eye cream with the massage roller is at the top of my all-time favorite product list. The relief and comfort the cream and massage roller have brought me is priceless.

Thai eye cream feels nice and seems to do a good job moisturing. The ingredients are decent and quality seems fine. My issue is the packaging which doesn’t work well (roller ball gets gunked up easily) and the fact that despite feeling really nice I haven’t noticed any difference to my under eyes. Maybe it works for specific causes and lack of sleep due to young kids is just not covered.

I ordered this hoping it might address some of my undereye puffiness but it’s been two weeks with no result and I suspect another two months wouldn’t help either. My undereye bags are pretty prominent and I understand are due to aging and genetics and will require medical intervention so I knew going in this might not be effective. Studies show caffeine can help with puffiness but can only do so much so hopefully those with less severe bags/puffiness will see improvement when using this. I do think this product brightens my undereye area just a bit. I like the way it rolls on although I don’t use a full pump since a little bit goes a long way. It did take many pumps to get the product started on the first try. I think the price is very reasonable as long as it actually contains the ingredients stated.
