I like the feel of the cream. You don’t need a lot. It also depends on how long you’ve taken to find the right product. The rash was bleeding, so it took twice daily cleaning. Within a week you would know a rash exhisted. I’d buy again and again!

I am still currently in the process of seeing if this works. I am actually using it myself to help with under bust chafing. I have problems with my bra sitting on my under bust and chafing my skin.
I have been using this for about a week now, and I am still in the process of using it. My chafe has been starting to slowly get better. I will update once I have been using this longer to talk about the progress.
With that aside, this cream is just that, a cream. Many diaper ointments tend to be very thick and heavy. A paste usually. But this is light and feels nice on the skin. I am a huge fan of that.

I was expecting, since this cream contains shea butter, that it would be a bit heavy and greasy. It is, instead, rather light and smooths on easily. I’m a grandmother with mild psoriasis and, although my main reason for trying this product was to see if it would be a good choice for my baby grandson and his occasional diaper rash, I also was intrigued that the label says that it is also for “other irritations”. I’ve used shea butter to treat the itchy spots on my skin with some success, so thought I’d see how this works. The cream brought instant relief to those spots and most of the itch is gone. My skin feels smoother but not greasy like plain shea butter. The scent is very light and not unpleasant. I will continue to experiment with this cream to see how my skin fares. If it feels as good as it does after the first application, I’ll buy some for my grandson, too!
