This review has no scientific research behind it but I believe that this Mederma in combination with the daily Maderma and a masager – (Muscle Roller for Muscles Deep Tissue/w Drawstring Gym Bag | Cellulite Remover Myofascial Massage Tool – Tennis Elbow Massager, Calf, Leg n Forearm Roller I High Density Foam Roller) – have worked wonders on the scar from my total knee replacement. After the wound was fully healed and I felt comfortable I could not accidentally open the wound, about eight weeks after the operation I began using the roller massager at night rolling it up and down from left to right and then back again twice moving it over about a half inch each time the whole length of the scar. Afterward I would rub in a very small amount of Maderma PM (about pea sized) the length of the scar and repeat with the regular Maderma in the morning. After about eight weeks now the scar is much less pronounced and is not unpleasant to look at. I’m impressed.
