I was surprised at how thick this felt coming from a tube and not a tub. I like the tube because it stays clean that way. The cream was moisturizing for sure. It felt much like a heavy night cream. I wore it outside during the day while I did yard work in my Florida home with temps reaching mid 90s. My face had sweat rolling off of it. I didn’t sweat elsewhere. It made my face feel like I had a layer of something on it. I don’t like to feel like that during the day. But using this at night, that is a totally different story. I don’t mind this at all. It leaves my skin soft in the morning. It might work for really dry skin or winter time when heat is on in houses. But here in Florida, heavy moisturizer is just a killer to wear.

NOVExpert Velvety Hydro-Biotic Cream is a great addition to your daily skin regime if you have dry chapped skin from your time outdoors. I found it to be a surprisingly think cream considering the small tube and amount that comes out of the tube. However, an amount the size of half a dime covered nearly my entire face.
One thing I did not love was the greasiness left behind by the cream. I don’t know if this is due to my skin type, but I have combination skin and found a layer of greasiness left behind on my hands and skin after application. I think this is going to be best used at night for me since I do not love going about my day with a feel of grease on my skin.
The information handout is not particularly informative. The Amazon description is much more effective. In researching biotic cream, I learned it is also useful for lightening skin and age spots. This would be helpful information to include on the insert or Amazon page.
All in all, I found the product to be a great addition to my evening routine. Even though the lotion comes in a small bottle, I think it will last at least a month of regular use because a little goes a long way.

NOVExpert Velvety Hydro-Biotic Cream
This white cream is super nice and hydrating. It contains some really nice ingredients like PCA, ferments, and squalane. I really think you can find a Korean skincare brand for about half the price of this that is very similar and doesn’t contain any fragrance. This cream has a floral scent but at least it isn’t overwhelming.
I found this very hydrating and it is perfect to tuck into my makeup bag if I need a bit of extra moisture during the day. It works fine with my other skin care products and didn’t pill or make my foundation bunch up.
This cream comes in a basic white squeeze tube in a box that is not safety sealed. There is no expiration date and it should be used within 6 months of opening. It contains 1 ounce and is made in France.

I’ve been using the Novexpert Velvety Hydro-Biotic Cream for a few weeks now, and I must say, it’s been a delightful addition to my skincare routine.
