I absolutely love this so much. I am 41, i have rosacea and I use tretinoin. I am a skin care junkie but once I find a HG product, I don’t deviate. I usually use the prequel barrier therapy moisturizer. It’s been out of stock for a while and so I was on the hunt for something else. I came across this product and it has Colloidal Oatmeal like prequel and it’s so affordable, so I gave it a whirl. I’m not going back to prequel. This is the same product to me. Same moisturizing benefits, same feel, same texture and creaminess but half the price.

My dermatologist told me to use CeraVe eczema soothing cream. I love it but tried the Amazon Basic cheaper version. Only half the active ingredient of CeraVe; does nothing for my eczema. Very watery and slimy. I suppose it is a decent body cream for slightly dry skin, but not for eczema sufferers.

It’s also long-lasting, so you also don’t need to repeatedly reapply. Just give it 5-10 minutes to start working.

Purchased this lotion for my hands.
I have chronic dry skin from washing my hands that seasonal eczema that causes tender, red patches on the backs of my hands in winter.
PROS: This product is great in terms of getting into and being able to be absorbed through dry skin, unlike some lotions, my hands more moisturized even after it’s soaked in.
CONS: This lotion is on the thin side, which makes it absorb more quickly but can also make dispensing and applying a bit messy if you’re not careful or expecting it to be this liquidy. Like some others, it also causes a burning feeling while applying to more tender eczema patches.
Overall it’s a great value and does what it says.
