This cream has done wonders for my cracked, dry and itchy feet! It is also a great moisturizer for my hands. It is not greasy so application is easy and not at all messy. I will continue to buy this! After searching many of the 40% urea creams, this one is the most reasonably priced with 4+ stars reviews.

This cream itself is very moisturizing. It does work well as a foot cream, but the smell is a little bit odd. I wish it was more of a soft coconut, but it’s got a very strange sort of fishy smell.

I’ve tried many brands of 40% urea 2% SA and none of them kept my feet moisturized like this brand. Keeps feet moisturized for 24 hours. Faint odor of coconut. None of tea tree oil which I didn’t notice it had till I received it. Hate the odor of tea tree oil but can’t smell it. Also my feet are smooth and soft. I also use a pumice stone once a week.

This product is amazing. I will never stop buying it. My elbows were so dry and cracked that they actually hurt. And we’re discolored. The first time I used the product was at night. I was pleasantly surprised that in the morning my elbows felt so much softer. I just got better from there with each use. Works on my dry heels also ! Highly recommend!!

My dermatologist told me to order 40% urea to help with calluses. I ordered this one because I like coconut oil Well, this stuff smells pretty bad. I know it contains a product of urine but I thought the other ingredients would mask it. I don’t know how well it works as far as moisturizing goes. I am not sure I can handle the smell.

I have dry skin, especially on my feet. I have to use a foot file weekly. From the first day of use this has effectively changed that. It doesn’t get rid of calluses, but it has completely stopped that dry, flakey skin that tends to build up. I am amazed! More than a day after applying at night my feet are still soft! I use it every other day for maintenance. The only negative is that it does not smell great, lol. As the main ingredient might suggest, it smells a bit like urine. Not strong, just when you first open the jar. Highly recommend!
