I ordered this cream for several reasons:
– contains magnesium. I deal with magnesium deficiency which often causes painful muscle cramps-especially at night. Though I do take a daily oral supplement, I wanted to try a transdermal method of getting additional magnesium directly on the source of my pain.
– very hydrating formula with glycerin, several different types of oils/moisturizers, and vitamins in a very thick cream
– the calming scent of lavender to aid sleep
Side benefits of using this cream is that it has definitely helped with winter-dry skin problems. It initially felt a little oily when rubbing it in, but quickly absorbed and left my skin smooth and soft. I typically use mostly unscented products due to skin and olfactory sensitivities but love lavender for it’s relaxing and soothing properties. The scent of this cream is very light, pleasing, and a true lavender smell unlike many lavender products that tend to smell artificial, powdery, and overwhelming.
I have not been using this long enough to determine if I am actually absorbing and benefiting from the added magnesium but am hopeful!

This is a review for Magnesium Cream for Sleep – Topical Magnesium Lotion for Leg Cramps & Pain, Muscle Relaxation, Calm – Natural Magnesium Body Butter for Deep Hydration – Safe for Kids (Unscented)
Overall, I really like this magnesium cream. The thing I like the most about it is that it is really easy to rub in! I’ve tried other magnesium lotions in the past that took forever to rub in and left a white residue on my skin. Not so with this cream! It rubs in easily and doesn’t leave any white residue behind. It is unscented as advertised (I can smell a very faint “lotioney” smell but no perfumes or essential oils or anything). It does leave my skin a tiny bit tacky but I’ll take a small amount of tackiness as a trade-off versus having to rub it in for a long time.

This is a nice thick cream. It goes on smooth and absorbs quickly.
The listing and packaging is very informative for recommended use. Both the listing and bottle have a detailed list of ingredients.
I am using this to put on my feet at night as part of a sleep hygiene routine. I typically put lavender scented lotion on at night for the aromatherapy effects. I thought I would try this.
I take oral magnesium and have not changed that. I have researched online and found that one should not be concerned about overdosing on magnesium if using a topical cream containing magnesium.
I have not seen a change in my sleep quality and the cream is hydrating to my feet.
I ordered unscented and it is truly unscented. If you stick your nose in the jar and sniff deeply, there is a very faint “generic unscented cream” scent.
I miss the lavender scent of my other lotion. I see this does come in lavender scent. However, if I was ordering this in place of my routine lotion, the price point would be too high. I will use this until is is gone and go back to my other more affordable lotion.

This is some pretty good stuff, amazingly good. As I’m getting older, I discover a new ache or pain often. I’ve used magnesium oil before, but this is the first magnesium cream I’ve seen. I was really excited to give it a try!
The product came in a sealed box. The 4 oz. tub was also safely sealed. When I opened it, there wasn’t any obnoxious odor or scent. There’s really no definable scent, which is great!
I got some of it out and massaged it into my hands. I was expecting it to leave my hands sticky or greasy, but it didn’t. It rubbed into my hands like a thick, luxurious hand cream. It absorbed quickly and completely even though I put quite a bit on.
It left my hands feeling soft and silky. Amazingly, I could feel the hydration since I have dry winter skin. It also seemed to take the edge off of my hand pain. Just enough to be noticeable.
The only thing I didn’t like was the labeling as to where it’s made. It says “MADE IN P.R.C.”. Directly below that it says “Manufactured by Wagomars” with a USA address. It just left me a bit confused. Not a truly big deal.
Overall, I’m happy with this magnesium cream. I love the way it makes my skin feel and how well it relaxes hurting muscles. I’m very satisfied with this and know I’ll be buying more. I do recommend.

I was skeptical when I purchased the Waggmars Magenesium Cream for it’s possible benefits other than hydrating. It came securely packaged and all information on the box matched that written within the product description. I’m mentioning that because some health products don’t always match what is on the box and online. Even though it was difficult to remove, I appreciated the protected foil under the lid. This is a thicker cream than some with a silky feel after applying. I ordered the unscented jar and there is absolutely no floral or medicated smell to it.
I used the cream at night for two weeks before reviewing. The cream is definitely hydrating as the areas I applied the cream to remained soft through the next day. I realized that I seemed to get relaxed and fell asleep within 30 minutes of going to bed. I usually watch TV for an hour. Yesterday, I decided to apply the cream to my shoulders and neck after I had spent time with my grandkids and became uncomfortable with tense muscles from picking them up. Within two hours that soreness in my neck and shoulders was completely gone. I am now a firm believer in this product and will remember to use it for other minor aches and restless leg issues instead of taking ibuprofen. This will be a product I will keep on hand.
