I am always searching for magnesium balms that are made with tallow. And this Magnesium balm is wonderful! Just what I was looking for.
I only wish it didn’t include essential oils because my sensitive skin isn’t a fan of EOs. But I understand it may not smell too good without them and so had to be used. Luckily, many of Shwally’s products have an EO-free option that I can use.

I found out recently that you can supplement with topical magnesium and went on a search for the right topical magnesium. I loved that this one used tallow and has no chemical emulsifiers. The ingredients are so pure and natural. So hard to find these days! Everytime I use it before bed I’ve noticed I sleep so much better. It also helps me with restless leg syndrome.
