Great creatine. No complaints. Dissolves fine. Flavorless. I take creatine everyday and I like this. But I wouldn’t order again unless the price was more competitive. I can get similar for $15.

As I get older my muscle mass is declining. I decided to include some creatine to reduce the decline a little. It is almost tasteless when mixed with water, dissolving quickly with no gritty taste. I like mixing it was chocolate milk because…well, it brings out the kid in me. I use it before my erg (rowing) workouts.
After a couple of months I don’t really see much gain. A quick look at the scientific literature suggests that these are the wrong type of workouts for achieving benefits. Instead nonaerobic activities would be better. So, 1) I have not given it a good test; and 2) I am not giving up my rowing or chocolate milk.

I run constantly so it is very important to me to have proper fuel and not just energy drinks and caffeine. I love that this is mostly flavorless and can be mixed well into water. I shy away from most other supplements like whey protein because the flavor makes me feel so sick. Creatine is great because it helps your body restore its natural source of energy, ATP. I do not have the means to professionally test this, but I definitely feel like I have more stamina and focus during those long runs. It by no means takes the pain away but the motivation to keep going is extended by a fair bit. I think this makes this product worth it in my book.

It is unflavored powder, but it doesn’t taste too bad. Open lid and there is or should be a seal to keep it all fresh. The powder itself is fine and tends to stick to anything. I’d say use a knife or toothpick to dig around for the included measuring scoop buried in the powder. Also, there is a pack of silicates to absorb moisture once opened. Instructions are on the container for recommended use. I did feel a bit more pep or energy after mixing and drinking it up. Trying it for a few reasons, so we’ll have to let time tell how much benefit it gives. So far, I like it.

Edit: I found a 5g plastic scoop after digging a bit into the container. I already had this at 5 stars, otherwise I’d have raised my rating.
I have tried many different creatine products, and this provides a VERY high level of micronization. It does settle at the bottom of water, but it shakes up very well and takes longer than most to end up at the bottom. Most important to me is the taste-test, and this goes down very smooth. No grittiness in my mouth as I drink, which is about as high an endorsement as I can give.
Thick granular mix is definitely a chore to mix and drink, and you don’t look forward to the process. I’m okay with drinking this straight with water. I’ll put a scoop (5grams) in with a out 8oz water in an old water bottle and shake it up. Chug and work out in about 20 minutes. This powder works just fine for me. Instant effects. The quality of ingredients is impossible to comment on without a proper lab report. There is no taste to this, so add your own drink mix to make it more palatable.
Packaging is good. There’s a freshness seal, along with an outer plastic seal, both things you’d want to see on a new bottle. No large empty blocks of space inside, powder goes up to the top. About the only knock on this offering is that it doesn’t have a plastic scoop inside… But most creatine products I’ve found don’t include them, especially smaller packages like these.
