I had this powder before. And while I did my research on creatine I didn’t do enough. I had the peach flavor my first order and it was okay. This time around I ordered the pink lemonade and this one is sooo much better. It does taste like the country time but pink lemonade like a lot of ladies have said on here.
So the first time around I took it for around a week and was getting headaches and stomachaches. I was getting painfully dehydrated. I just didn’t know what I was doing and again didn’t do my research. I’m now a bodybuilder and powerlifter with more knowledge. I couldn’t stop thinking about this stuff and decided to try again. I train my glutes three times a week and could really use the boost.
So far so good no complaints here! Dissolves well and tastes pretty good. I will say it’s tart but that’s not a problem for me. Very happy, will order more.

When my product arrived, its contents are only 1/2 of the bottle. My seal wasn’t completely closed but doesn’t appear to have been tampered but possibly rushed during the assembly line. Also, doesn’t come with a scooper so you can measure out the contents. Not a bad taste though. For 1/2 a bottle and the price, it’s not worth it.

i wish i could post my transformation pics but not yet.. this is my second tub of this brand. in my honest opinion, this is one of the best tasting creatines out there. creatine has definitely helped me with adding mass to worked muscles. recovering quicker & less sore. definitely make sure to drink a lot of water as advised 📝

First off, the gummies make taking creatine super easy! The flavor is alright, but I’m generally not a tropical punch kinda person. I love that there’s also collagen and BCAAs. I haven’t tried it with the gym yet, so I can’t speak on that but I’m sure it will improve my workouts.

As far as creatine goes, this is a great way to take it! The flavor is very good – I can’t expect it to be delicious, but much easier for me to get down than traditional ways.
