These gummies are really helpful for after a good workout. I usually eat two or three a little bit after running, and I find it helps to not make me too hungry later. So, they seem to have a side effect of appetite suppressant, at least a little bit. There is a good number of servings, as well, so this product represents a good value for the price.
Each gummy has a full gram of creatine monohydrate, so it’s easy to calculate how much of the supplement you’ve consumed in a day. They are also flavored pretty lightly, though there is enough of a lemon-lile flavor to keep them being enjoyable. I recommend these to anyone looking to easily increase their creatine monohydrate intake without having to resort to those clumpy powder-based products that force you to drink a whole lot of extra water for the same nutritional value.
