all the benefits of creatine without the annoyance of mixing powder into a drink which is time-consuming. Easy to digest and I’ve noticed an increase in my overall health and a reduced number of running-related niggles/injuries since taking creating.

The ad says 5g creatine per serving. This is the standard dose most people use. Serving size is 2 gummies. 2 gummies have a total of 2 grams of creatine. So overall, less than half the advertised about of creatine. Huge disappointment. Overall taste was good. I just took enough to get 5g/serving, which made me run out fast. Not a good value here.

These gummies are definitely softer than what the name “gummies” brings to mind, but I like the consistency and it makes it easier to chew up all the way before swallowing for optimal absorption. The strawberry flavour is more of a candy strawberry flavour than what an actual strawberry tastes like, but that’s to be expected in a gummy. As far as I can tell the ingredients are ones that I like.
Overall, would recommend.

One of my favorite ways to add creatine to my day is through gummies and these gummies are delicious. The strawberry flavor is great and it’s much easier to take a few gummies rather than preparing a creatine powder mix. Also for traveling gummies are more convenient than the powder form. Love these gummies.

Summary: When there are this many mistakes in a product’s marketing (noted below), I lose confidence in the quality control of the entire product.
-Strawberry – tastes like a typical gummy flavor
-Harder to chew than most of the gummies I’ve reviewed
-Texture – not grainy, etc.
-No adverse tastes, smells, or side effects
-Calorie count is reasonable 6 calories per gummy.
-Conflicting information on serving size. Bottle says 2 gummies. Product description says 4 gummies at the time of this writing. See photo.
-Conflicting information on content. Label says 2,000 mg of creatine. Product description says 5 grams. So I originally ignored the recommended serving size and took 5 gummies which puts the calorie count up to 30 and reduces the servings per container significantly. See photo.
-This is creatine HCl which I read has different recommended amounts.
-Corn syrup. Product description says sugar free which is fine. Though corn syrup is listed behind water as the 2nd Other Ingredient.

After reviewing several monohydrate creatines, it seems like $20 for 30 servings seems very average. So at this point it really boils down to choosing the flavors. Highly recommended!

Picked up these creatine gummies recently to try something new. The strawberry flavor is pretty solid – sweet without being overpowering. As a vegan, appreciating they’re gelatin and sugar-free.
Following the instructions, I’ve been taking four of the gummies before hitting the gym. Each serving packs 5 grams of creatine monohydrate along with some other ingredients like taurine and vitamin B12.
Not sure if it’s a placebo effect, but I do feel like I have a bit more gas in the tank during my lifts after using these. Maybe I’m able to grind out a couple extra reps on some exercises. Recovery doesn’t seem quite as brutal the next day either.
The gummy format is definitely convenient for getting that creatine dose. Chewing a few is easier than trying to chase down powder with liquid. No weird bloating or stomach issues so far.
Only drawback is the bottle doesn’t have one of those induction sealed inners, so they’re easier to spill if not careful. But that’s just a minor packaging thing.
Overall, these creatine gummies seem to be delivering on providing a nice pre-workout boost. The great strawberry taste is just a bonus. I’ll likely stick with these instead of powder or capsules going forward.
