These gummies taste good because they’re made of real sugar. Each gummy has 1g of sugar so a serving size of four is 4g of sugar. That’s a little too much sugar for me to take daily because I want to cut down on sugar and carbs. I mostly use a sugar free creatine powder daily and take these gummies with me while traveling so I don’t have to mix anything.

In the past I worked out with weights a lot. I have a nice home gym to this day. It doesn’t get used as often as I would like, but I will always keep it. I have been exercising for the past year now. Three days a week for cardio and three days a week for strength and muscle development. In my opinion the 3 must do fundamentals of exercise and weightlifting are: Good Sleep, Good Form, and Good DIET.
It is so difficult to include all the necessary nutrients in a diet. Protein is king for building muscle and creatine is king for supporting muscle growth. I drink a meal replacer shake every day to supplement my diet and take creatine every day to supplement my muscle health. I always have done it this way and have had good results. I believe creatine is just as important as protein.
These creatine gummies are a great way to take creatine. I usually take a creatine powder mixed in plain water. The gummies are a more convenient form of taking creatine. The taste is very lemony, which I don’t care for, but very tolerable. Taste is subjective. I like that they are ‘premeasured’ in a gum drop form. I can easily take more or less depending on my requirements. Less on cardio days and more on weightlifting days. I never take more than the suggested serving size on the container. I think too much might just be a waste. Similar to protein. Your body can only process a certain amount of either. More than that is just wasteful.
The amount of creatine is a great value. I have paid much more in the past. This container should last me about two months using it conservatively. Great product. Great value. Funky lemon taste.

To meet my daily requirement of creatine, I need to consume four of these gummies. However, these gummies are quite challenging to chew and swallow. The taste is lemony with a hint of chalkiness, and the creatine is not masked effectively by the flavor of the gummies. As a result, it almost feels like a chalky substance in my mouth.
In my opinion, I would not recommend these gummies to anyone except those who are unable to consume creatine in liquid form. The only reason I would suggest these gummies is if you do not have access to a source of liquid to take creatine regularly.

As I previously tried this brand, I didnt hesitate for one moment to give this one a go. Especially when creatine has so many benefits and is essential for developing muscle and accomplishing fitness goals… and it did not disappoint me. The taste is incredible, texture is soft and best of all is a gummy!’ Is not a pill so its just easy to take every single day!!

These creatine gummies are fun and easy way to get your creatine dose. I like that this comes with all the benefits of creatine in a convenient chewable format and should make for high absorption. I find the taste a bit too sour and for my personal preference and has a somewhat funky chalkiness about it, but it’s not a deal-breaker. That said, I think 4 gummies is a lot to get through for one dose. I think I still prefer a powder form but this is good for on the go or for anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine effortlessly.

These would be fine if cheaper, but I can’t justify a price point of more than $15–you have to take at a minimum of 4 to get a similar effect to powder, the taste is slightly too sweet, and the texture is a bit chalky when chewing.
